Nathalie Mouton is a physiotherapist since 2010. She is specialized in manual lymphatic drainage (using the Leduc method) as well as in muscle chains for adults and children (GDS method). She started her career at the Centre Médical du Val in Woluwé-Saint-Pierre after completing her Master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK. She welcomes you in her private practice in Uccle for your physiotherapy sessions.

Within the treatment, I favor exercise therapy for all pathologies of the musculoskeletal system in athletes of all levels. I also treat any pathology in general physiotherapy. I attach great importance to developing a spirit of collaboration allowing us to move forward according to your objectives and desires.

During your first visit, an assessment will be made in order to jointly set the objectives you wish to reach and the treatment I can offer you. The goal is to optimize your care and to empower you as the treatment progresses. In addition to physical therapy, I am also a certified manual therapist. "Orthopedic Manual Therapy (OMT) is a specialization of physical therapy for the management of neuromusculoskeletal problems, based on clinical reasoning and using highly specific therapeutic approaches, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises. Graduated with distinction from HELB in physiotherapy, I have been passionate about this profession since I was very young. My academic career has been enriched by numerous internships in various healthcare environments, notably in nursing homes, hospitals and in physiotherapy practices. I like human contact, whether with children, adults or the elderly. I quickly discovered my passion for end-of-life support and pediatrics and I aspire to specialize in these areas to bring a more rigorous approach and greater comfort to my practice. My approach as a physiotherapist is characterized by my deep empathy, my positive dynamic, my ability to reassure patients and my rigor in my care. My ultimate goal is to contribute to the well-being and health of my patients while creating a warm and safe environment for their rehabilitation. I am determined to provide quality care and support my patients in maintaining their autonomy and improving their quality of life.

Diplômée de l’Haute École Libre Bruxelles (HELB), et formée au crochetage et au drainage lymphatique manuel. Ma philosophie est de promouvoir une prise charge globale en s’appuyant sur l’écoute du patient. J'accompagne le patient tout au long du processus de rééducation jusqu'à la réalisation de ses objectifs, que ce soit l'indépendance dans sa vie quotidienne ou une reprise sportive.

Titulaire d'un Master en kinésithérapie, avec une spécialisation dans le quadrant supérieur, je suis passionné par la prise en charge des patients souffrant de pathologies orthopédiques, allant de la cervicalgie à la lombalgie, en passant par les tendinites du coude.

Kinésithérapeute jeune et dynamique, je suis pleinement motivé à accompagner mes patients avec bienveillance et écoute. Ma méthode de travail repose sur une approche centrée sur le patient, visant à proposer des soins personnalisés et adaptés à chaque situation clinique.

Voor mij was het al snel duidelijk dat ik verder wou in de richting van sport en wetenschappen. Afgestudeerd in 2016, als Master in de revalidatiewetenschappen en kinesitherapie aan de universiteit van Gent, kon ik onmiddellijk starten in Kine Kwadraat en bij mijn papa in Merelbeke. Vervolgens volgde ik het postgraduaat 'Manuele Therapie' om mijn vaardigheden te verfijnen en extra technieken te leren.

I graduated in Kinesitherapy and Rehabilitation from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2021. In addition to general and ortho-traumatic kinesitherapy, I also practice manual therapy and posturology. I am also following a specialized training in sports physiotherapy since August in order to improve my skills in this field. I have been practicing sports since I was very young, and as a former karate teacher in an international school and black belt (2nd dan) I am passionate about sports and its effects. My ability to listen and my human skills have been recognized by my teachers, I make it a point of honor to make your health my priority. Sessions can be conducted in several languages, including Italian, English, French and Spanish.

Diplômée en 2016, je possède une expérience de 7 ans dans le domaine de la revalidation neuro-locomotrice, ce qui m'a permis d'acquérir une expertise approfondie dans l'accompagnement et la rééducation des patients atteints de troubles de l'appareil locomoteur.

Au cours de mon parcours, j'ai suivi plusieurs formations spécialisées, notamment : Le Concept abdo-périnéo, L'Approche posturale de la lombalgie par la méthode de Gasquet, L'actualisation de la prise en charge globale du malade hémiplégique et Le traitement des cicatrices.

Passionnée de sport et sportive moi-même, je comprends l'importance de l'activité physique dans le processus de rééducation et d'amélioration du bien-être.

Je vous propose des consultations le mardi de 13h30 à 15h30 et le jeudi de 8h30 à 15h30.

As a physical therapist, my goal is to help the person as much as possible in their rehabilitation. The work is always done according to the needs and objectives of the patient. The treatment is based on a precise analysis of the problem in order to treat the pathology at its source, and the patient is always active in his rehabilitation.

Le temps d'une consultation est de 45 minutes, le tarif est de 120€ et les moyens de payement sont soit en CASH soit en QR code.

La Microstéopathie M.A.T.D est Non remboursée par la mutuelle, le remboursement par votre assurance complémentaire est "possible" en fonction de celle-ci
