Diplômée en kinésithérapie en 2018, j’ai souhaité approfondir mes connaissances en me formant à l’ostéopathie afin d’offrir une prise en charge plus globale à mes patients.

Chaque patient étant unique, chaque traitement est adapté à ses besoins spécifiques. J’utilise différentes techniques ostéopathiques, allant de la manipulation type HVLA (trust) à d'autre approche plus douce pour répondre aux besoins d’un large public : enfants à partir de 5 ans, adultes, seniors, sportifs ou sédentaires, femmes enceintes ou en post-partum.

Actuellement, je suis également en formation spécialisée en ostéopathie pédiatrique. Les consultations pour les tout-petits débuteront en 2026, afin d’assurer une prise en charge optimale.

Par ailleurs, j’accorde une attention particulière à l’importance d’une bonne hygiène de vie, qu’il s’agisse d’une alimentation équilibrée, d’une activité physique régulière ou de la gestion du stress.
