Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement le Dr Mrani pour son accompagnement exceptionnel. Dès la première consultation, il a su me mettre en confiance, en prenant le temps de m’écouter attentivement et de répondre avec patience et clarté à toutes mes questions. Sa pédagogie et son humanité m’ont tout de suite rassurée pour la suite de mon parcours. Mon opération est prévue prochainement et je sais déjà que je suis entre de très bonnes mains. C’est rare de rencontrer un médecin aussi disponible, bienveillant et professionnel à la fois. Il faudrait vraiment plus de médecins comme lui !!

Je recommande vivement le Dr Mrani. Chirurgien extrêmement sympathique, à l’écoute et très rassurant. Ses explications étaient claires du début à la fin, ce qui m’a énormément mis en confiance. Lors de l’intervention, l’ambiance était très sereine et agréable. Il a pris le temps de m’expliquer chaque étape en direct en me montrant sur l’écran ce qu’il faisait, ce qui était vraiment impressionnant et très rassurant. Grâce à lui, mon ménisque (déchirure en anse de seau) a pu être réparé, et je suis très reconnaissant pour la qualité de sa prise en charge. Un grand merci pour son professionnalisme, sa pédagogie et son humanité.

Médecin d’une très grande écoute à mon propos et qui m’a présenté en toute sérénité les éléments et leur contexte me permettant d’avoir une idée très claire (et illustrée) du suivi proposé et des résultats attendus. C’est en grande confiance et très rassurée que l’entretien s’est terminé. Je remercie tout particulièrement le médecin de m’avoir traitée avec autant de considération, de patience et son souci de parler vrai, simplement et d’être aussi accessible….. J’ai vraiment apprécié sa volonté de traiter un patient et non pas une radio.
