Qualité déplorable. Manque de respect envers les clients. Prenez rendez-vous, arrivez tôt et attendez dans l'ordre d'arrivée ! Je ne le recommande pas.

L appel par le nom des patients doit être fait , car bcp de patients croient que se sont des consultations sans rendez vous et il passent par ordre de venue .

Les rdv n’étaient pas respectés, il y a eu un chahut dans la salle d’attente car chacun avait son rdv soit via internet soit en téléphone. Faudrait que l’équipe soit synchronisée sur l’agenda des rdv.
