Ma fille n'a même pas pleuré pendant la prise de sang - l'infirmière a été très professionnelle et le fait qu'il y ait la télé pour distraire les enfants est top. Je reviendrai là faire la prise de sang sans hésiter!

Ma princesse a été reçue avec le sourire et la bonne humeur. Malgré notre retard (pour lequel nous nous sommes excusés), Madame Dorothée a pris le temps de la rassurer avec beaucoup de douceur et d’humour. La prise de sang s’est déroulée sans aucune douleur, ma princesse n’a rien senti. Je la recommande chaleureusement !
