Bonjour ! Je suis praticienne en naturopathie certifiée. J'ai réussi à me libérer des allergies, qui m'ennuyaient depuis ma plus petite enfance.


J'ai reçu beaucoup de traitements allopathiques pour contrer les symptômes, mais ces derniers revenaient mois après mois, car la cause des causes n'était pas trouvée.


En découvrant le jeûne, à 15 ans, j'ai réussi à obtenir les premières améliorations durables. Ainsi débuta mon beau et long chemin autodidacte vers la naturopathie ! Le jeûne, les monodiètes, l'alimentation vivante, les cures de détox, l'herboristerie, l'aromathérapie, l'Ayurvéda, la bioénergétique, ...


Passionnée par le concept de bien-être holistique, j'ai passé plusieurs années à me former auprès des naturopathes français et russes.


Connectée de plus en plus à la Nature et à la Vie, je suis heureuse de remplir ma mission de vie : vous aider à vous libérer des allergies et à rayonner la joie à votre tour !
