Naturopathy:

According to the naturopathic approach, health corresponds to a state of dynamic harmony across all levels of human existence: physical, energetic, emotional, mental, socio-cultural, eco-planetary, and spiritual. Naturopathy offers synergies between ancient and modern natural methods. Its goal is not to mask symptoms but to identify the complex causes of dysfunction and restore a fundamental balance within the body. Based on a detailed vitality assessment, we develop a personalized program of sustainable dietary adjustments and lifestyle changes, sometimes supported by more targeted techniques and tools (such as herbal medicine, gemmotherapy, nutritional therapy, detoxification treatments, foot reflexology, etc.).

Astrological Coaching:

The pre- and post-menopausal period is part of a broader context of life transitions and initiations. According to the brilliant psychiatrist Carl Jung, it is around the age of forty that our process of individuation intensifies. This process aims to integrate our conscious dimensions and unconscious conditioning so that we may become unique, whole, and authentic beings. As much as it is a challenge, it is a great opportunity for self-realization in life. Astrology, as a tool for self-knowledge, offers valuable insights to better understand our inner complexity and life journey, to overcome what holds us back, and to unleash our talents and potential.

Systemic Coaching:

We are all part of multiple systems: our family system, the organizational system of our professional environment and our inner life is also a system of interacting parts of the self... Any blockage or dysfunctional dynamic within a system of which we are a part can indirectly impact our lives - on a personal, relational or professional level, as well as in the areas of our health or finances, etc. The systemic constellations method helps us identify dysfunctions, transgenerational patterns, and what has not been integrated. To understand complex situations or repetitive patterns, free ourselves from them, and find our rightful place and direction in life.
