En 2014, j'ai obtenu mon diplôme de kinésithérapeute. Je me suis rapidement intéressée aux problèmes de migraines ou céphalées. Depuis, je me suis passionnée pour les thérapies traitants le corps et l'esprit. En effet, grâce à des formations en mouvements rythmiques et en réadaptation posturo-motrice, j'ai compris que les problèmes moteurs pouvaient être liés à des dysfonctionnements psychologiques. Afin d'approfondir cette connexion entre l'aspect psychologique et le moteur, je me suis certifiée entre 2022 et 2023 dans différents outils tels que l'ennéagramme, le MBTI et la thérapie brève. Aujourd'hui, je travaille dans un service de santé mentale tout en ouvrant les portes de mon cabinet pour offrir une approche holistique, combinant la psycho-éducation et la thérapie corporelle. Dans mon cabinet, je propose des séances de massothérapie pour apaiser le corps et l'esprit, ainsi que des séances de coaching pour vous aider à surmonter les défis de la vie quotidienne.
