Je vous accueille à Ixelles, Forest, Uccle et Woluwe pour une prise en charge personnalisée, active et bienveillante.


Spécialisé en kinésithérapie générale, orthopédique et sportive, je traite aussi bien les pathologies musculo-squelettiques que les suites post-opératoires ou les douleurs chroniques. J’ai également un attrait particulier pour les douleurs du rachis, de l’épaule/coude et du membre inférieur.

Chaque traitement débute par un bilan global afin de définir ensemble des objectifs clairs et adaptés.

J’intègre des techniques comme la thérapie manuelle, le dry needling ou encore des exercices fonctionnels progressifs pour favoriser une récupération durable.

Mon approche est centrée sur l’écoute, la qualité du suivi et l’autonomisation du patient.


Mon activité d’infirmier aux urgences me permet d’avoir une approche encore plus complète, en alliant les compétences des deux professions pour proposer des soins de qualité.

Je vous reçois dans trois cabinets facilement accessibles.

Alexis est très sympathique et souriant. Il a de bonnes connaissances qui vont plus loin que son métier et n’hésite pas à apporter des explications ou appliquer cela en fonction de la pathologie du patient. Les séances sont adaptées à ma condition physique, ce qui est important quand on fait pas mal de sport habituellement et qu’on est à l’arrêt forcé après une opération.

Très bon premier contact avec Alexis pour une douleur à la hanche. L'examen ne montre pas de problème au niveau de l'articulation mais des tendons un peu écrasés. La solution étant la pratique d'exercices pour mobiliser les hanches, les résultats sont encore à venir, il me faut être assidue.
