Hello ! Moi, c’est Émilie. Je suis kinésithérapeute du sport spécialisée en santé féminine, périnéologie et périnatalité.

Je propose une prise en charge des femmes actives, sportives récréatives ou professionnelles présentant des troubles musculo-squelettiques associés ou non à des troubles abdomino-pelviens, périnéaux et uro-gynécologiques.

J’accompagne également les mamans tout au long de leur grossesse et de leur post-partum.

Mon approche, bienveillante, respectueuse et dynamique est basée sur l’exercice thérapeutique et la conscientisation corporelle. Le but est de permettre à chacune d’atteindre ses objectifs sportifs quels qu’ils soient et de se sentir forte dans son corps de façon durable.

Emilie is a wonderful and empathetic physiotherapist. She takes the time to understand your goals and overall picture of health and tailors her advice to suit your situation. She is also extremely knowledgeable about women's health and the pelvic floor, and is easy to talk to about these sensitive subjects. Her advice has helped motivate me to work on some issues that I have been putting on the "back-burner," and I would definitely recommend her, especially to any patients who are trying to navigate a complex health situation.

Excellente kiné ! Emilie m'a été recommandée par le bouche à oreille et je suis très satisfaite d'être tombée sur elle ! Très professionnelle, à l’écoute et surtout très efficace. I came to Emilie with unstable hips and weakened core after pregnancy and I am pleased with the care I received. Emilie is very precise in her diagnosis and proposes the right exercises to tackle the problematic areas. With consistent training routine and continuous evaluations of my needs, the pains have improved and I feel much stronger and confident in my movements. Additionally she’s a very friendly and human practitioner. I highly recommend her.

Emilie m’a accompagnée tout au long de ma deuxième grossesse. Grâce à elle, j’ai pu continuer le sport en toute sécurité ainsi que de bénéficier d’une excellente préparation à la naissance.
