  • Alle zuigelingen die tijdens het komende RSV-seizoen worden geboren, zullen we (indien je dit als ouder wenst) prikken (immuniseren) op onze materniteit.
  • Alle zuigelingen geboren tussen 1 april 2024 en 7 oktober 2024.
  • Voor hen voorzien we in ons ziekenhuis AZ Alma specifieke ‘prikmomenten’ bij één van de 4 kinderartsen vanaf 7 oktober 2024.

Bijna altijd lang wachten indien afspraak in het ziekenhuis. Liever in de privépraktijken, al kan het daar soms ook dik tegenvallen. Niet eenvoudig met een klein ziek kind om soms meer dan een uur na afspraak nog te zitten wachten, zou makkelijker zijn indien vertraging we dan nog even thuiskunnen blijven en later vertrekken.

Dr Van Hoorebeke nam haar tijd om nog even naar de longen van mijn zoontje te luisteren. Ze diende het vaccin toe en informeerde ons over de werking ervan.
