Malheureusement, l'infirmière qui a fait la prise de sang avait une demi heure de retard. Nous avons attendu devant la porte sans pouvoir s'assoir. Il faudra peut-être mettre un banc dans le hall.

J’ai pris rendez vous à 7h30 mais le centre n’a ouvert qu’à 8h. Une fois la prise de sang commencée, je suis restée 2h au cabinet comme prévu, l’infirmière m’a placée dans une pièce avec un canapé en me disant que c’est plus confortable car il n’y avait personne. Étant fragile, et ayant des petites veines, l’infirmière a eu du mal à me prendre mon sang 5 fois sans me faire d’énorme bleu. Peu avant ma dernière prise de sang, une femme est entrée dans la pièce et m’a limite criée dessus me disant que c’était pas une salle d’attente et que je n’avais rien à faire la. Je lui explique en partant de son bureau qu’on m’a placée ici et que je ne savais pas, puis elle claque la porte en criant sur l’infirmière que la salle d’attente est à côté. Visiblement l’amabilité n’est pas importante pour tous à chacun. Même si l’infirmière a eu du mal avec mes bras, elle a quand même été très gentille avec moi et a vraiment essayée de ne pas me faire le moins mal possible et je l’en remercie.
