Le docteur Rodzynek a été très réactif, entretien vidéo et envoi des différents examens à faire le jour même. Il est à l'écoute du moindre symptôme pour déterminer les examens à faire. Très posé et bienveillant. J'attends avec impatience le prochain RDV.

    Je mesure 1,70m et je pèse 78 kg. J'ai essayé plusieurs régimes mais sans grand succès, du moins sur le long terme. Mes kilos en trop me compliquent la vie... mal de dos par exemple et mon surpoids n'est pas suffisant pour envisager une chirurgie bariatrique. À part un suivi chez une nutritionniste, médicalement parlant y a-t-il des pistes à envisager pour m'aider à perdre du poids?

    Bonjour, Je suis atteinte du syndrome des ovaires polykystiques. Ça fait 4 ans que je vais voir des spécialistes et ils sont tous incapables de résoudre mon problème: acné et pilosité. Leur seul angle de vue pour m'aider: c'est la peur d'une éventuelle infertilité alors que je ne leur ai absolument pas du tout mentionné ça. Dermato, endocrinologue, gyneco...je suis très en rage de leur méconnaissance et des tarifs élevés pour qu'on me prescrive une pillule contraceptive non adaptée et un traitement laser pour poils blonds. J'ai besoin de RESULTATS. Que faire ? Merci.

    Bonsoir, j'ai été opérée d'une pancréatectomie corporelle caudale à la suite d'une tumeur neuroendocrine. De ce fait, j'ai perdu 15 kilos en 3 mois. Serait-ce la cause possible d'une augmentation de ma tension artérielle le soir? Je prends déjà du bisoprolol le matin mais j'ai de la rétention d'eau dans les pieds et mon médecin refuse de me donner des diurétiques légers, ce qui aurait 2 avantages: Rentrer dans mes chaussures et avoir les pieds moins gonflés au point de ne plus voir mes malléoles. Qu'en pensez-vous ? Merci d'avance de vos idées

    • Des hormones pancréatiques peuvent faire augmenter la tension artérielle. Néanmoins, vu la présence de vos pieds gonflés (oedèmes), il faudrait s'assurer que vous n'êtes pas en insuffisance cardiaque.
      Si votre fonction rénale est normale, vous pourriez prendre de petites doses de diurétiques.
