Over mij

Ik ben Maarten Lambrecht, chiropractor in Lochristi. Mijn interesse voor het menselijk lichaam begon al vroeg, toen ik zag hoe chiropraxie mijn familie hielp. Na mijn Master in Revalidatiewetenschappen en Kinesitherapie specialiseerde ik me verder in chiropraxie aan het Institut Franco-Européen de Chiropraxie in Parijs. Door bijkomende opleidingen in binnen- en buitenland verdiepte ik me in de complexe samenhang van het lichaam.

Als voormalig voetballer en gepassioneerd loper weet ik hoe belangrijk een goed functionerend lichaam is. In mijn praktijk help ik mensen van alle leeftijden met klachten van rug, nek, gewrichten en spieren, maar ook met preventieve zorg om het lichaam optimaal te laten functioneren.


Mijn aanpak

Ik kijk verder dan enkel de symptomen. Klachten ontstaan vaak door een samenspel van drie factoren:

  • Structureel: houding, mobiliteit en spierbalans
  • Metabool: voeding, ontstekingen, hormonale balans
  • Emotioneel: stress en mentale veerkracht

De structurele kant is mijn specialisatie, maar wanneer andere factoren een belangrijke rol spelen, werk ik samen met collega-zorgverleners. Zo zorgen we samen voor een integrale en duurzame aanpak.

Mijn doel is niet enkel pijnverlichting, maar blijvend herstel en een gezonder, energieker leven.
