Goeiemorgen. Ik heb pijn aan de buitenkant van mijn elleboog dat tot in pols trekt. Soms ook een tintelend gevoel. 's Nachts moet ik zoeken hoe ik mijn arm het best leg om geen pijn te hebben. Plooien en strekken doet ook pijn. Waar kan ik terecht?

U kan hiervoor terecht bij een kinesitherapeut met of zonder voorschrift. Indien met voorschrift dient u eerst langs te gaan bij uw behandelende/huisarts. In het laatste geval kan de arts eventuele andere problematieken uitsluiten maar hoe u de klacht beschrijft, lijkt dit te wijzen op een tendinitis/ontsteking van de pols-extensoren.

Het is better eerst naar Dokter gaan en daarna komen bij een kinesist om een behandeling te startent want de Dokter gaat een diagnose stellen.
