Psychologue clinicienne diplômée de l’université Libre de Bruxelles, agréée par la Commission des Psychologues et détentrice du visa clinicien, je suis spécialisée dans le suivi d’enfants, d’adolescents et de familles. 

J’accompagne les jeunes et/ou leurs familles à retrouver de la créativité et du mouvement lorsqu’il est devenu difficile de bouger et de se penser. Mon orientation est systémique mais j’utilise aussi des outils d’autres courants et disciplines comme la psychologie humaniste, la gestalt, la TCC, le dessin ou encore le théâtre. 

Grâce à mes diverses formations et expériences professionnelles, j’ai approfondi mes connaissances sur :

– La neuroatypie (TSA, TDA/H, HP, etc) ; 

– Les troubles psychotiques ;

– Les troubles anxieux ;

– Les troubles de l’humeur ;

– Les problèmes relationnels (liés à la famille, au milieu scolaire…).

As a clinical psychologist with a specialization in child, adolescent, and family psychology, I place significant emphasis on understanding the environments in which my patients navigate and their relationships with those around them. Je suis psychothérapeute avec une expérience étendue et significative dans le domaine de la psychothérapie infantile et adulte. Je m'occupe également de la formation des psychologues et des enseignants, ainsi que de la coordination pédagogique dans les contextes éducatifs de la petite enfance. J'ai commencé mon activité professionnelle en 2008 à Rome, en Italie, mais je travaille actuellement principalement à Bruxelles, en Belgique. Je suis diplômée avec distinction de l'Université La Sapienza de Rome. J'ai obtenu avec distinction une spécialisation en psychothérapie humaniste et bioénergétique, ainsi qu'un Master de deuxième cycle en approche cognitivo-comportementale des troubles d'apprentissage. Cette formation de haute qualité a approfondi mes connaissances en psychologie infantile et adulte, ainsi qu'en pédagogie. En 2008, j'ai commencé comme éducatrice en crèche, une expérience qui m'a permis de comprendre en profondeur les problématiques et les besoins des familles, des enfants et des éducateurs en bas âge. Au fil des ans, j'ai progressé professionnellement pour devenir coordinatrice pédagogique de diverses crèches et écoles maternelles à Rome. J'ai également apporté mon expérience à Bruxelles, où j'ai été coordinatrice pédagogique à la crèche du Parlement européen à Wayemberg pendant trois ans. Je suis une professionnelle expérimentée, rigoureuse et capable de comprendre à la fois les souffrances et les ressources positives de l'âme humaine. Cette attention au bien-être des autres m'a amenée à exercer en tant que consultante psychologique technique en tant qu'experte clinicienne auprès des tribunaux de Rome et de L'Aquila, défendant les droits des mineurs victimes de maltraitance et d'abus. Je mène mon travail dans le but d'offrir un soutien, une compréhension et de nouvelles perspectives pour rendre les gens plus heureux et satisfaits dans leur vie quotidienne. Ensemble, nous pouvons relever les défis de la vie, car chaque phase et chaque contexte sont uniques.

As a psychologist, I have decided to focus my practice on both the assessment and management of young adults, adults and the elderly. Psychological and neuropsychological assessments can be requested and performed for diagnostic purposes. Assessment of cognitive functions (memory, attentional functions, executive functions, language, etc.) is usually considered following a head injury, when a degenerative disease is suspected or in the context of other neurological pathologies. I also perform IQ assessments in the context of logopedic reimbursements and suspicion of high potential or mental retardation. These psychological and neuropsychological assessments can also be performed in the context of psychological expertises. In therapy, the persons I receive are confronted with various problems such as a psychological trauma, a personality disorder, depression, malaise, anxiety, anxiety attacks, burnout, professional difficulties, harassment (moral and/or sexual), bereavement, etc.

Diplômée en psychologie clinique à l’ULB, j’accompagne aujourd’hui adultes et adolescent.e.s à partir de 15 ans (je suis psychologue conventionnée pour ados et adultes). Ma pratique est centrée sur l’individu et sa singularité. La dimension humaine m’est très à coeur: à travers les mots je tiens à créer un lien avec la personne pour pouvoir l’accompagner dans ses questionnements et son cheminement vers le bien-être. Je propose un espace de consultation bienveillant et surtout à l’écoute. I am a Clinical Psychologist, accredited by the Commission of Psychologists. I graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in June 2010. I am specialized in perinatal support and parenting support. I also accompany any person wishing to work on themselves or going through a period of difficulty (bereavement, break-up, burn-out, depression, loss of employment, illness, relationship difficulties, ...) For more than ten years, I have worked in the accompaniment of children and parents in various crèches, schools and day-care centers linked to the European institutions of Brussels. These structures in which I had the opportunity to evolve welcomed a very large number of children and therefore parents, which allowed me to develop and enrich my experience in the field. My passions have always been people and their relationships. I communicate easily and I enjoy taking care of the people around me. I have chosen to dedicate my daily life to improving the quality of life of people who need it. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary. Le choix des outils et des objectifs se fait avec vous, en fonction de vos besoins et préférences, et seront réévalués au fil du suivi. Je propose un suivi bienveillant et dénué de jugement afin d'accompagner toute personne faisant face à des difficultés dans son parcours de vie.
