J'accompagne les enfants et les adolescents de 5 à 18 ans. J'essaie de leur offrir un espace sécurisant où ils peuvent être entendus en toute confiance.

Ma démarche est intégrative et s'adapte à la personnalité de chaque jeune. Pour les adolescents, je m'appuie notamment sur la thérapie des schémas afin de les aider à comprendre leurs modes de fonctionnement.

Tandis qu'avec les plus petits, je privilégie des interventions telles que la thérapie par le jeu, le dessin ou la relaxation. J'intègre également la psychoéducation, la gestion des émotions et le travail sur les pensées limitantes pour offrir un soutien complet.

Mon approche repose sur la conviction profonde que le comportement d'un enfant est souvent un message, une tentative d'exprimer une émotion ou un besoin qu'il ne sait pas encore nommer. Mon rôle est de vous aider à décoder ces signaux pour apaiser les tensions.

Ce travail repose avant tout sur une collaboration étroite avec les parents car sans vous les changements ne peuvent pas opérer. Vous êtes les partenaires essentiels du changement et les piliers de la sécurité affective de votre enfant. C'est dans l'alliance entre votre connaissance intime de son histoire et mon regard clinique que nous pourrons trouver les solutions les plus justes pour aborder les événements de vie difficiles, qu'il s'agisse de ruptures familiales, de difficultés scolaires, d'un deuil ou d'un mal-être profond.

I am 46 years old and I am a systemic psychologist/psychotherapist. I work mainly with couples and families, but also with individuals.
