I will be happy to support you effectively in your rehabilitation, whether sports, orthopedic, cardiological, neurological or geriatric. I take care of the Braine-l'Alleud Castors women's basketball team playing in Belgian division 1. I have also trained in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and take care of your children suffering from bronchiolitis and pneumonia. Very dynamic and attentive, I am keen to specifically adapt the sessions to your needs while remaining aligned with the latest scientific data and of course our final objective. Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Je suis titulaire d’un Master en kinésithérapie de la Haute École Léonard de Vinci. Passionnée par la kinésithérapie du sport, je continue à me former dans ce domaine pour offrir à mes patients les meilleures prises en charge possibles.

Mon expérience en milieu hospitalier et en cabinet ambulatoire m’a permis de développer une vision globale et approfondie de la kinésithérapie, notamment dans le traitement des pathologies du système musculo-squelettique.

I have a master's degree in physical therapy from Parnasse-ISEI and I specialize in sports, geriatric and psychogeriatric physical therapy. Young and dynamic, I take care of patients for sports and musculoskeletal pathologies in general.

Diplomée d'un master en kinésithérapie en 2020 à la Haute Ecole Leonard de Vinci - Parnasse, j'ai acquis de l'expérience dans différents cabinets et hôpitaux. En plus de la kinésithérapie générale, principalement orthopédique, j'ai suivi une formation en thérapie manuelle qui m'a permis de développer des techniques afin de diminuer les douleurs, de retrouver de la mobilité et donc d'améliorer les capacités fonctionnelles. Je suis également formée au Pilates Matwork 1 ce qui me permet de vous proposer des exercices de revalidation doux afin de renforcer les muscles centraux et d'équilibrer le corps.

Je serais ravie de vous recevoir dans l'un de mes cabinets. Je reçois également à domicile pour les patients qui ne peuvent pas se déplacer.

I have a Master's degree in Physiotherapy and studied at the Haute Ecole Bruxelles-Brabant in Auderghem. Empathetic and attentive to my patients, this allows me to create a relationship of trust, and thus provide care specific to each patient. Passionate about the field of pediatrics, I am currently specializing in this field. Working at the children's hospital (HUDERF), it allows me to develop my skills in this field.

Passionate about sports, I hold a Master's degree in Kinesitherapy and am able to take care of all your musculoskeletal disorders (tendinopathies, fractures, muscle injuries, sprains, ...), neurological, respiratory or other, as well as to accompany you during a post-operative rehabilitation. I am also trained in lymphatic and manual drainage, and am currently training in sports physiotherapy. Mrs. Katerien De Paepe is a physiotherapist since 2005. She is specialized in prenatal physiotherapy, postnatal physiotherapy and perineal rehabilitation after having obtained her certificate of physiotherapy in perineology at the UCL in 2008.
