Passionné de sport et ancien gymnaste, j'ai suivi une formation universitaire spécialisée en kinésithérapie et préparation physique.

Je propose des services de kinésithérapie générale et sportive, ainsi que des soins pré et post-opératoires. Je prends en charge les patients souffrant de lombalgie, de douleurs cervicales, et j'accompagne également les personnes âgées pour la revalidation à la marche et le renforcement musculaire global.

Titulaire d'un master en kinésithérapie (HE Léonard de Vinci), je vous reçois au Centre Médical du Centenaire du lundi au vendredi. Je peux également me rendre à votre domicile (Grez-Doiceau, Wavre, Hamme-Mille, Dion-Valmont) si vous n’avez pas la possibilité de vous déplacer. Je suis une thérapeute dynamique et à l’écoute de mes patients. Selon moi, une prise en charge complète doit être centrée sur le bien-être et les besoins du patient, doit viser une autonomie maximale et être bienveillante. Au cours de ma formation, j'ai pu appréhender un ensemble de techniques thérapeutiques dans le domaine de la kinésithérapie orthopédique, sportive, gériatrique, neurologique et respiratoire. Désireuse d’approfondir mes connaissances, je cherche à me former de manière continue. C’est pourquoi, que vous ayez des maux de dos, des difficultés à la marche, besoin d’une rééducation à la suite d’une opération ou d’un accident, je vous accompagnerai tout au long de votre guérison.

Diplomée d'un master en kinésithérapie en 2020 à la Haute Ecole Leonard de Vinci - Parnasse, j'ai acquis de l'expérience dans différents cabinets et hôpitaux. En plus de la kinésithérapie générale, principalement orthopédique, j'ai suivi une formation en thérapie manuelle qui m'a permis de développer des techniques afin de diminuer les douleurs, de retrouver de la mobilité et donc d'améliorer les capacités fonctionnelles. Je suis également formée au Pilates Matwork 1 ce qui me permet de vous proposer des exercices de revalidation doux afin de renforcer les muscles centraux et d'équilibrer le corps.

Je serais ravie de vous recevoir dans l'un de mes cabinets. Je reçois également à domicile pour les patients qui ne peuvent pas se déplacer.

Kinésithérapeute dont la vie a toujours été imprégnée par le sport, c'est cette passion qui m'a naturellement conduit vers cette profession. En tant que fervent amateur de sport, je comprends l'importance de la mobilité, de la récupération et de la prévention des blessures. Après plusieurs années d’étude au sein de HE2B ISEK, j’ai pu acquérir diverses connaissances que je pourrai mettre en pratique afin de vous aider à récupérer et à vous sentir mieux. Graduated with a Master's degree in physiotherapy from the Catholic University of Louvain in 2019. I had the opportunity to work for 3 consecutive years in France. Sociable, attentive, smiling and empathetic, I enjoy contact with patients and my goal is to offer them the best possible rehabilitation as well as to see them evolve. Assessing my patients and working in a personalized and individual manner is essential for me in order to gain their trust and establish a therapeutic alliance. Passionate about sports, I hold a Master's degree in Kinesitherapy and am able to take care of all your musculoskeletal disorders (tendinopathies, fractures, muscle injuries, sprains, ...), neurological, respiratory or other, as well as to accompany you during a post-operative rehabilitation. I am also trained in lymphatic and manual drainage, and am currently training in sports physiotherapy. My consultations take place on Monday mornings, Tuesday mornings, Thursday mornings and Friday mornings at the City Clinic, Avenue Louise, and I will be happy to welcome you.

Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

I hold a Master's degree in physiotherapy from Parnasse ISEI, specializing in Low Back Pain. I practice general physiotherapy, respiratory physiotherapy (child and adult), sports, pre-post operative, trauma, lymphatic drainage... I welcome you to my office in the Wavre-Limal medical space located at 22 Venelle du bois de la pierre 1300 Wavre and I also come to your home. I can express myself in French or English.
