Following a 7-year stay abroad where I gained a lot of experience in a diversity of fields of osteopathy, I recently moved back to Belgium to be closer to family. Through the years, I discovered an interest in treating newborns and toddlers (digestive issues at birth, postural restrictions following birth, sleeping problems, growing pains,...). Other than within my private practice, I gained experience working with young children through collaboration with pediatric osteopaths while regularly volunteering to offer treatments to underpriviledged children. On top of my intrest in treating young children, I have also treated a wide range of patients, from elite athletes (pains linked to training, strains/sprains,...) to chronic pains (lower back pain, migraines, stress management,...). During my stay abroad, I have continually followed courses in visceral osteopathy which gives me an intimate knowledge about the links between the visceral and skeletal systems. Diplômé de l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, j’ai suivi un cursus complet de 6 ans en ostéopathie, comprenant un master et un master complémentaire, ainsi qu’un master en kinésithérapie dans la même faculté. Mon parcours académique et mon expérience clinique m’ont permis de développer une expertise approfondie en anatomie et en analyse des douleurs musculo-squelettiques.

Lors de chaque consultation, je propose une approche globale et personnalisée, en tenant compte des spécificités de chaque patient. Que ce soit pour des douleurs de dos (cervicales, lombaires, thoraciques), des blocages articulaires ou des tensions musculaires, je mets en œuvre des techniques adaptées pour vous apporter un soulagement durable et améliorer votre mobilité selon une démarche médicale.

Je commence chaque séance par une évaluation attentive de votre état de santé et des possibles origines de vos douleurs. Mon but est de vous proposer un traitement à la fois précis et adapté, en ciblant les zones de tension et de déséquilibre. En complément, grâce à ma pratique de la kinésithérapie je vous partage des conseils pratiques ainsi que des exercices qui, je l'espère, pourront prolonger les bienfaits des séances.

Diplômé de l'Institut de formation en Ostéopathie (International Academy Of Osteopathy) en 2021 à Mont-Saint-Guibert, Joffrey a depuis enrichi ses compétences par des formations spécialisées. En 2022, il a suivi une formation en ostéopathie pédiatrique, lui permettant d'offrir des soins adaptés aux plus jeunes. En 2023, il a approfondi ses connaissances en manipulation structurelle tissulaire, élargissant ainsi son expertise dans le domaine.

Être maman de deux enfants m'a permis de mieux comprendre les défis de la grossesse et du post-partum. C'est pourquoi j'ai à cœur d'aider les femmes enceintes tout au long de cette magnifique aventure. L’ostéopathie permettra un soulagement des douleurs afin de vivre cette période avec plus de confort et de sérénité.
