I am a young physiotherapist passionate about my profession. My office, located in a place dear to my heart, was once the place where my grandfather devotedly practiced medicine. In addition, my father is also a physiotherapist and passed on his technical knowledge to me. It is with immense pride that I continue this family tradition by striving to provide compassionate and personalized care to my patients. Each session is an opportunity to understand your specific needs and create a tailored treatment plan. I am an independent physiotherapist with a passion for sports and exercise. My goal is to address any type of pathology in an active and qualitative way in order to achieve physical and mental well-being. En tant que kinésithérapeute, j’adopte une approche centrée sur le patient, en l’impliquant activement dans son processus de soin. Je privilégie une rééducation personnalisée, fondée sur des données scientifiques (evidence-based practice), tout en restant attentif aux besoins spécifiques de chacun.

J’exerce dans deux cabinets :

• l’un situé à Molenbeek, dans un environnement calme et accessible,

• l’autre au sein de la salle Basic-Fit Rogier (1210 Bruxelles), pour une prise en charge dynamique et orientée vers le mouvement fonctionnel.

Je traite une grande diversité de patients : sportifs, personnes âgées, patients postopératoires, ainsi que toute personne souhaitant améliorer sa mobilité ou son bien-être global.

Lors de la première consultation, une anamnèse approfondie et un bilan fonctionnel complet permettent de définir ensemble des objectifs concrets. Chaque séance est ensuite construite sur mesure, selon ces objectifs, dans une atmosphère bienveillante et motivante.

Je me forme continuellement pour offrir des soins actualisés et efficaces. Je prévois de me spécialiser en thérapie manuelle et en kinésithérapie sportive. J’ai déjà suivi des formations spécifiques telles que la Fibrolyse myo-aponévrotique par technique de crochetage et le Blood Flow Restriction Training.

Mes services incluent la rééducation fonctionnelle, les massages thérapeutiques et les techniques de mobilisation, dans un cadre professionnel où écoute, empathie et communication sont au cœur de ma pratique.

Diplômée depuis 2022 et passionnée par mon métier qui évolue sans cesse, je serais heureuse de vous partager mon aide et expérience dans votre parcours de soins. Alexandre is a sports physiotherapist who has evolved with the values of team sports. For him, bringing a group to success will always be his primary objective! His care is directed towards adult patients with more orthopedic pathologies (fractures, sprains, muscle tears, tendinopathies, neck pain, pre- and postoperative care, special expertise for the shoulder, ...) and/or neurological. A young physiotherapist full of energy and ambitions, I do everything I can to achieve my goals and help my patients. Graduated with a master's degree from the Free University of Brussels, I am currently in a year of specialization in sports physiotherapy. Passionate about triathlon for several years and a lifelong gymnast, it was quite natural that I turned to this specialization. Teaming up with the patient and helping them understand their pathology are essential things for me.

En tant que kinésithérapeute conventionné, mon approche dynamique est guidée par ma passion pour les sports sous toutes leurs formes (vélo, course à pied, sports collectifs, etc.). Je consacre mes pratiques professionnelles et mes formations à cette spécialité. Parallèlement, je porte un intérêt particulier à la kinésithérapie respiratoire pédiatrique. Mon parcours professionnel m'a permis d'acquérir une solide expérience dans différents établissements de santé tels que les maisons médicales et les centres de rééducation. Grâce à ces expériences, j'ai pu affiner mes compétences dans les domaines orthopédique et traumatologique, ainsi que développer des compétences générales en kinésithérapie. En outre, je suis également engagé à la Haute École Vinci, où j'ai l'opportunité d'enseigner aux étudiants en kinésithérapie. Cet engagement me permet de rester constamment à jour sur les dernières avancées et techniques de ma profession.
