Je suis kinésithérapeute (conventionné) passionné par le mouvement et la rééducation. J’accorde beaucoup d’importance à l’écoute et à l’adaptation des soins, pour que chaque patient se sente compris et accompagné à son rythme.

Laura Hirte pratique la kinésithérapie depuis 2002. Par le passé, elle a travaillé en Roumanie dans un centre pour enfants avec invalidités, ainsi qu'en France dans un centre de révalidation pour personnes âgées. Depuis janvier 2011, elle est kinésithérapeute indépendante en Belgique. Le cabinet ou elle travaille est situé Rue Jean-Baptiste Colyns 76, à Ixelles. Elle est spécialisée en kinésithérapie de revalidation et en kinésithérapie analytique (méthode Sohier).

Qualified as a physiotherapist in 2013, I practiced in private practice for 5 years. I completed my skills with training in sports physiotherapy which allowed me to work within the medical staff of a football team and an indoor football team. I also have a diploma as a personal trainer with 3 years of experience in a gym. Having lived 4 years in Montreal as a therapist in a sports clinic, I was able to develop my skills in massage therapy. These new skills help me complete my overall patient care. My skills as a physiotherapist and personal trainer allow me to best support patients in their healing processes and reduce the risks of recurrence. My knowledge and experience allow me to treat a large number of pathologies affecting the musculoskeletal system (sprain, fracture, muscle damage, postural disorder, etc.). Calm and curious by nature, I will take the time to understand your needs as best as possible in order to find the best way to act on them.

Indispensable notamment pour rupture ligamentaire, fracture, luxation, entorse, déchirure musculaire, tendinopathie...

Grâce à l'obtention d'un diplôme en thérapies manuelles, j'associe à ce travail actif, une prise en charge passive indispensable.

Cette dernière consiste à travailler les articulations et les tissus afin de libérer des limitations d'amplitudes. Cela permettra de réaliser des mouvements plus souples et sans douleur.

Je porte également un intérêt accru à l'articulation de l'épaule. Douleurs aiguës, chroniques ou post-opératoire.

L'objectif sera de trouver la technique permettant de diminuer les douleurs et d'augmenter la capacité physique grâce à une prise en charge individualisée.

Graduated in 2013, I specialized in sports physiotherapy in Paris (KINESPORT) until 2015. I now work in a well-equipped multidisciplinary center with a dynamic, specialized and attentive team.

Diplômée d'un master en kinésithérapie à l'UCLouvain, j'ai continué à me former dans le domaine du musculo-squelettique avec un second master. Actuellement, je continue à me former dans le but de devenir thérapeute manuelle. Je peux me déplacer à domicile. Je propose une approche centrée sur le patient avec un traitement personnalisé aux besoins de chacun.

Diplômé de la Haute École Libre de Bruxelles (HELB) en 2025, et formé au crochetage et aux troubles de l’articulation temporo-mandibulaire. Sportif, j’ai pratiqué le football pendant 18 ans, depuis lors je pratique la course à pied, le padel ou encore le fitness. j’intègre le centre de kinésithérapie miroir après y avoir réalisé mon tout premier stage pendant mon cursus. Mon but est de vous accompagner au mieux tout au long du traitement et de répondre au mieux aux objectifs que vous vous êtes fixés, ou qu’on fixera ensemble.

Physiotherapist graduated from the Haute École Libre de Bruxelles, I welcome you on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at the Centre Paramédical Upsylon. My specialties are: low back pain, neck pain, balance rehabilitation and rehabilitation after prosthesis. I can provide you with manual rehabilitation (neurological or respiratory), help you to get rid of your joint pain, your low back pain or any other pain (hand, back, neck or wrist). You can also consult me for a sports injury, for a post-operative rehabilitation or for a bone problem. My consultations are conducted by appointment in French, English or Polish depending on the language spoken by my patient.
