Diplômée d'un master en kinésithérapie et réadaptation à l'ULB, j'exerce actuellement au centre Mimosa en tant que kinésithérapeute conventionnée. Mes domaines de compétence sont multiples : kinésithérapie respiratoire pédiatrique (bronchiolite, pneumonie, ...), pathologies respiratoires (bronchopneumopathie chronique obstructive, ...), pathologies générales (arthrose, entorse, lombalgie, ...), postopératoire (prothèse de hanche, prothèse de genou, ...), ... Parallèlement au centre Mimosa, j'exerce la kinésithérapie à l'Hôpital des Enfants Reine Fabiola en tant que kinésithérapeute respiratoire pédiatrique. Je travaille auprès des enfants hospitalisés pour toute pathologie respiratoire aigue (bronchiolite, pneumonie,...), chronique (mucovisidose, bronchodysplasie pulmonaire,...), mais également en soins intensifs pédiatriques et en oncologie pédiatrique. Passionnée par la pédiatrie, je suis actuellement inscrite au Certificat Interuniversitaire en Kinésithérapie Pédiatrique (ULB) afin d'approfondir mes compétences et connaissances dans le but d'offrir à vos enfants les meilleures soins possibles. J'ai également travaillé pendant 3 ans à l'hôpital Erasme au sein du Service de Gériatrie. Je peux donc réaliser avec vous des bilans fonctionnels (force musculaire, équilibre, ...) et vous accompagner dans la récupération de votre autonomie afin de vous offrir une meilleure qualité de vie. De nature enjouée et dynamique, j'ai à cœur d'accompagner les plus petits comme les plus âgés à gagner en autonomie et à trouver/garder leur indépendance fonctionnelle. Mon expérience au sein de 2 hôpitaux universitaires m'a permis de diversifier mes compétences et me pousse à me former toujours davantage pour vous accompagner au mieux dans votre rééducation. A l'écoute, je m'adapte à vos besoins et établis avec vous un plan thérapeutique afin de vous permettre d'atteindre vos objectifs. La bienveillance et la communication sont au cœur de ma pratique.

Being a graduate in general physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the ULB, I take care of people suffering from orthopedic, neurological, geriatric and cardio-respiratory disorders. I use mobilizations, stretching, massage (trigger points), hooking and physical exercise in my treatments. Indeed, I believe in the benefits of physical activity in healing and wish to combine the art of healing with the art of movement. I also continue to follow various trainings in order to offer you the best possible care.

Juliette Saupic graduated in Physical Therapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2017. She is specialized in general and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy. In addition, her training in myo-aponeurotic hooking and taping are complementary tools integrated to her practice. Thanks to her four years of experience at the HCMC Medical Center in Watermael-Boitsfort (tendinopathies, low back pain, chronic pain, sprains, ...), at home (Parkinson, walking rehabilitation, post-surgery, ...), and at the Intensive Care Unit of the Saint-Jean Clinic (heavy revalidations, cardio-respiratory physiotherapy), she has acquired an expertise that she applies with gentleness and listening. A graduate of the Haute École Ilya Prigogine, I acquired solid experience in physiotherapy during my academic career. I have worked in various fields, such as sport, psychiatry, neurology, as well as in the treatment of general pathologies frequently encountered by physiotherapists. My final thesis focused on injuries among CrossFit practitioners. Today, as a physiotherapist, I am proud to serve at the Care Happy Center and the Molière Hospital. Grâce à l'obtention d'un diplôme en thérapies manuelles, j'associe à ce travail actif, une prise en charge passive indispensable.

Cette dernière consiste à travailler les articulations et les tissus afin de libérer des limitations d'amplitudes. Cela permettra de réaliser des mouvements plus souples et sans douleur.

Having obtained a master's degree in physical education at the Free University of Brussels, I naturally moved towards physiotherapy and rehabilitation, a discipline in which I graduated in 2022. While working, I undertook a specialization master's degree in sports physiotherapy in order to combine the two professions. This concluded positively in 2023. The different skills acquired allow me, if necessary, to offer my patients a specific rehabilitation program. Dynamic and attentive, I also take care of different types of pathology: orthopedics, traumatology, cardio-respiratory revalidation, geriatrics, neurology, etc.

Laura Hirte pratique la kinésithérapie depuis 2002. Par le passé, elle a travaillé en Roumanie dans un centre pour enfants avec invalidités, ainsi qu'en France dans un centre de révalidation pour personnes âgées. Elle est spécialisée en kinésithérapie de revalidation et en kinésithérapie analytique (méthode Sohier).
