J’accompagne également les femmes enceintes dans leur préparation à l’accouchement avec des exercices adaptés, favorisant bien-être et sérénité.

As a physiotherapist with a passion for my work, I am committed to offering effective treatment based on recent scientific recommendations and adapted to your needs. She welcomes you in the new premises of the Maison Médicale les Peupliers with a smile, a lot of listening and benevolence. Her desire to take care of her patients in the most global way possible and her interest in prevention led her to study shiatsu. In hospital structure, at Ste Anne and then at the clinics st Luc, she was trained at the school of the back and supervised it for many years. She also practices muscle chains, myo-aponeurotic hooking and accompanies with kindness the mothers to carry out their postnatal kine. Trained in affective preparation to the birth, she has a particular affinity to accompany the couples during all the pregnancy and the immediate postpartum.

Qualified as a physiotherapist in 2013, I practiced in private practice for 5 years. I completed my skills with training in sports physiotherapy which allowed me to work within the medical staff of a football team and an indoor football team. I also have a diploma as a personal trainer with 3 years of experience in a gym. Having lived 4 years in Montreal as a therapist in a sports clinic, I was able to develop my skills in massage therapy. These new skills help me complete my overall patient care. My skills as a physiotherapist and personal trainer allow me to best support patients in their healing processes and reduce the risks of recurrence. My knowledge and experience allow me to treat a large number of pathologies affecting the musculoskeletal system (sprain, fracture, muscle damage, postural disorder, etc.). Calm and curious by nature, I will take the time to understand your needs as best as possible in order to find the best way to act on them.

My specialties include sports physiotherapy and jaw and facial rehabilitation (TMJ disorders).

I also provide home-based sessions for elderly patients and have previous experience working with professional football and basketball teams.

Etant également kiné à l'Institut Jules Bordet, je prends en charge toutes pathologies liées au cancer. Aussi bien pendant le traitement qu'après une opération.

A young physiotherapist full of energy and ambitions, I do everything I can to achieve my goals and help my patients. Graduated with a master's degree from the Free University of Brussels, I am currently in a year of specialization in sports physiotherapy. Passionate about triathlon for several years and a lifelong gymnast, it was quite natural that I turned to this specialization. Teaming up with the patient and helping them understand their pathology are essential things for me.
