Gynecologists near Sint Niklaas

Dr. Benjamin Lebrun graduated with a master's degree from the University of Antwerp in 2014. He specialized in Gynaecology in Verloskunde in 2019 and was trained at the Universitair Ziekenhuis Antwerpen, Klina Brasschaat, AZ Monica Deurne at the Medisch Spectrum Twente in Enschede. Beste patiënten,

Hoewel niet onverwacht maar toch eerder dan zelf gedacht en met gemengde gevoelens wordt de praktijk stopgezet vanaf 1 september 2024.

De goede opvolging kan verder gebeuren door bij voorkeur de collega’s van het AZ Sint Lucas  ( tel 09/2246380 ) waar uw dossier, elektronisch in het Kompaz - programma de laatste jaren, steeds aanwezig is en waar de nota’s vlot beschikbaar zijn.

Buiten dit ziekenhuis om kan een andere arts ook de gegevens daar opvragen.

De resultaten van de eerder verrichte onderzoeken zijn te zien op COZO. De labo’s waar ik mee samenwerkte zijn het CRI of labo Nuytinck in Evergem ( waar u ooit een eventuele factuur van kreeg).

Hebt U een bloed of ander onderzoek via de huisarts laten uitvoeren in een ander labo dan de voornoemde dan heeft hij/zij de gegevens.
