Coaching is an awareness during which the coachee does real work on himself, what we call a coaching journey. As a coach, I will do everything to help you find what you need to thrive and achieve your goals.

I am strongly inspired by courage and change. For the longest time, I felt unoriginal, gray and stuck in a life that was not fitting me. I couldn't get satisfaction or purpose from my job and daily life, and felt like I was not not feeling as fulfilled as everyone else around me.

Coaching changed everything: it allowed me to build a life adapted to my needs and qualities. It made me get to know and love myself more, giving me the confidence to change and helping me find a new purpose. It gave me the instruments to be brave and start a new journey more in line with my priorities and interests. Today I feel at ease with myself, creative and eager to try out new things!

Je suis coach de vie, spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des adolescents, et dans le renforcement de la confiance et de l’estime de soi. Je suis également certifiée en Approche Neurocognitive et Comportementale. Je suis formatrice au sein de l’équipe de l’ASBL « learn to be » qui prône le bien être a l’école et donne des outils aux professeurs pour les aider à gérer leur stress et les conflits en milieu scolaire. Par ces compétences et mon expérience, j’aide les étudiants submergés par le stress à surmonter leurs angoisses et à ne plus considérer l’école et les examens comme une menace. J’accompagne les étudiants dans le choix de leurs études supérieures, en les rassurant et en les aidant prendre la direction avec laquelle ils sont en phase. Je guide les parents qui ont parfois des relations compliquées avec leurs enfants, qui pourraient avoir du mal à fixer des limites ou à maintenir une communication sereine avec eux.
