What to do for tinnitus after stress on 17.08.2025 besides ENT visit?

After a stress situation on 17.08.2025 I got Tinnitus (permanent ringing tone in both ears). I hear very different opinions about it. What to do, except trying to get an appointment at ENT doctor?
