Bonsoir, j'aurais besoin d'aide. Je suis enceinte de 5 semaines et on a fait des tests qui ont montré que j'ai une thrombophilie. Dans le passé, j'ai subi 2 fausses couches. J'aimerais savoir s'il y a un médicament qui puisse aider à maintenir la grossesse en bonne santé. Merci.
