Bonjour, Un patient de 30 ans souffre d'une fracture ouverte du fémur. Il a été opéré avec un clou centromédullaire et des vis. Trois mois plus tard, il marche et commence à se déplacer correctement. La radiographie montre une bonne consolidation osseuse. Le patient peut-il subir une intervention chirurgicale pour retirer le clou et les deux vis 7 à 8 mois après l'opération ? Merci.

Il ne faut pas envisager un retrait du clou avant minimum 1,5 ans post opératoire car le risque de refracture est élevé.
