Is it normal for lung cancer patient to have flu-like symptoms then none?

Hello For a lung cancer patient Is it normal to get flu ( get so tired, low level of oxygen) then get normal like almost the patient have no symptoms of lung cancer? I am suspicious about the biopsy results if they are true or not Note that blood tests results ate normal, oxygen levels are high and there are no symptoms at all
