Is my child's itchy skin rash with bumpy texture dangerous?

Almost 3 year old with neck swollen on one side during holidays. She had saliva test at hospital which came negative and scan which showed nodes swollen. What’s the best approach? She is eating ok

Hello, My son has slight cough and today morning his temperature raised to 38.7 and we gave Dafalgan, till 23:30 we keep on checking there is no temperature. During early morning around 3:22 he is coughing rigorously and we checked the temperature it’s 40.7 and we gave Dafalgan an again. He is 4 years boy and he has previous nature of getting seizures during high temperature. To whom we need to book an appointment? Also, he used to have ear infection but on March 9th pediatrician from Queen Fabiola checked and confirmed his ears all clear. Do we need to get an immediate check this morning and which specialist will help?

My baby is premature. She is 2 years and 1 month now. She is only 9.5 kilos but perfect in other areas. Talking walking and other things. She eats well and poos well too. Should I be worried with her weight?
