Psychologue clinicien de formation, je propose principalement des thérapies analytiques, des thérapies de type cognitivo-comportemental et systémiques.  Je suis également formé à la prise en charge individuelle et collective des traumatismes psychiques qui peuvent intervenir après un événement à fort retentissement émotionnel. 

Mon expérience de plus de 20 ans m’a amené à travailler autour de nombreuses problématiques : troubles anxieux, dépendances, difficultés conjugales, troubles relationnels, deuils, toutes formes de situation de victimisation (agressions sexuelles, violences conjugales,  traumas…), burn-out, difficultés dans la sphère professionnelle, gestion du stress.

Je suis fortement sensibilisé aux questions concernant l’identité et/ou l’identité sexuelle. 

Je propose des accompagnements qui s’adressent à des adultes, des adolescents et des couples.

As a neuroscientist fascinated by the human brain, I approached the complexity and delicacy of the psyche by participating in research projects, training and working as a neuropsychologist, notably through cognitive assessments to assess certain disorders. neurodivergents such as, for example, attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity (ADHD). Psychologue clinicienne diplômée de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, et en formation en psychothérapie, je peux vous recevoir en consultation individuelle à 381, Avenue Rogier à 1030 Schaerbeek. Vous trouverez à ma consultation un cadre chaleureux, une écoute bienveillante et non-jugeante, indispensable pour l’accompagnement psychologique donc vous avez besoin. Vous pouvez me consulter pour diverses problématiques telles que : stress, anxiété, burn-out, affirmation de soi, gestion des émotions, deuil pathologique, traumatisme, dépression, addictions, troubles de la personnalité, soutient à la parentalité, etc. Je reçois sur rendez-vous uniquement les adultes et les adolescents.

Je reçois des adolescents et des adultes qui rencontrent des difficultés variées (traumatisme, choc émotionnel, souffrance, anxiété….). Les patients arrivent parfois avec une problématique claire, parfois avec un questionnement plus diffus. Ensemble, nous réfléchissons aux objectifs de la thérapie. J’utilise régulièrement l’hypnose conversationnelle stratégique (hypnose PTR), qui permet de désensibiliser des éléments douloureux du passé et reprendre le contrôle. Je suis très attentive au bien être des patients, et m'adapte autant à leurs besoins que à leur rythme.
