Kenza Berkaine, Osteopath D.O., graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles after a training organized within the Faculty of Motor Sciences in partnership with the Faculty of Medicine. En plus de la kinésithérapie générale, principalement orthopédique, j'ai suivi une formation en thérapie manuelle qui m'a permis de développer des techniques afin de diminuer les douleurs, de retrouver de la mobilité et donc d'améliorer les capacités fonctionnelles. Diplômé en kinésithérapie à l'ISEK en 2022, j'ai rapidement orienté ma carrière vers la kinésithérapie sportive, notamment en travaillant avec les équipes de football de Saint-Louis à La Réunion. Cette expérience m’a permis de développer des compétences spécifiques en kiné sportif et d’approfondir mes connaissances en diverses pathologies de tout âge, notamment grâce à mon diplôme de kiné sport expert.

Ancien nageur de haut niveau, je comprends parfaitement les défis physiques et mentaux auxquels les athlètes sont confrontés. Cela m’a appris l’importance de l’adaptation et de la résilience, des valeurs que j’intègre dans ma pratique quotidienne. Convaincu que chaque patient est unique, j’adapte mes méthodes selon les besoins individuels, en étant aussi bien à l’écoute que dynamique, selon les situations.
