En tant que kinésithérapeute, j'adopte une approche centrée sur le patient, en l'impliquant activement dans son processus de soin. Je mets l'accent sur une rééducation personnalisée, basée sur des données scientifiques (evidence-based practice), tout en restant à l'écoute des besoins spécifiques de chacun.

Dans le futur, je prévois de me spécialiser en thérapie manuelle et en kinésithérapie sportive. J'ai également suivi des formations spécifiques, telles que la Fibrolyse myo-aponévrotique par technique de crochetage et le Blood Flow Restriction Training.

Je traite une grande diversité de patients : sportifs, personnes âgées, patients postopératoires, ainsi que ceux cherchant un soutien global pour améliorer leur bien-être.

La première consultation est axée sur une anamnèse approfondie et un bilan complet, permettant de définir ensemble les objectifs de rééducation. Les séances suivantes sont adaptées à ces objectifs fixés en collaboration avec le patient.

Mes services incluent la rééducation fonctionnelle, les massages thérapeutiques et la mobilisation, dans un cadre bienveillant, où écoute, empathie et communication sont au cœur de ma pratique.

I worked for 3 years in Portugal as a physiotherapist and I used that time to invest as much as I could in courses so that I could provide quality treatments to my patients. 

My main goal is to continue investing in gaining more and more knowledge so that I can apply it in my clinical practice. I'm a big fan of quality treatments and good follow-up with patients. That makes all the difference to the patient's progress.

I'm very involved in the musculoskeletal area and for this reason I treat pathologies such as back, shoulder, elbow, knee pain, I work a lot on post-operative rehabilitation and also with tendonitis, bursitis and calcifications.

I love doing treatments that involve acupuncture because I really like the quick and long-lasting results, and acupuncture allows me to do that. That's why I really enjoy combining my knowledge of physiotherapy with my knowledge of acupuncture (traditional Chinese medicine).

A young physiotherapist full of energy and ambitions, I do everything I can to achieve my goals and help my patients. Diplômé de la Haute École Léonard de Vinci PARNASSE ISEI, je suis aujourd’hui kinésithérapeute, après avoir exercé en tant qu’infirmier.
