Kenza Berkaine, Osteopath D.O., graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles after a training organized within the Faculty of Motor Sciences in partnership with the Faculty of Medicine. Laura Bousson is a professional osteopath since 2017. She studied respectively at the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve and at the International Academy Of osteopathy. Her different trainings have earned her a Master's degree in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation since 2012 and a D.O. Osteopathy diploma in 2017. During her training, Laura Bousson had to realize a thesis on the impact of smoking behavior on perioperative complications in physical therapy. She also completed a dissertation on osteopathic treatment in the management of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee. To reinforce her skills, Laura Bousson has worked in several practices and structures. These include a personal practice in Jette BXL, Womens Medical Center, Cabinet Jasmine Leleu. She is also a teacher and assistant at the International Academy of Osteopathy. Laura Bousson is specialized in General Osteopathy, Pre- and Post-natal Osteopathy and Pediatric Osteopathy. Trained in muscular and physiological chains according to the Busquet method, my practice is based on touch and dialogue. It is aimed at adults, adolescents and children who have chronic pain, the cause of which is often unknown: neck pain, lower back pain, headaches, chronic fatigue, etc. Using a combined approach of words and touch, we will investigate to understand and resolve blockages in the body: touch to release body tensions, and dialogue to bring to light the words hidden by the ailments. At your own pace and with respect for everyone. Body work is global, from the feet to the head. My steps also led me to pediatrics. I offer care focused on the concepts of baby Busquet muscle chains, pediatric manual therapy, as well as free motor skills. The little one's sleep is also regularly at the heart of parents' concerns. Interested in this subject, I learned a lot through training and readings. For those who wish, the sessions will therefore be an opportunity to discuss caring support for the baby's sleep.
