Clinical psychologist graduated from UCLouvain, I specialize in the Person-Centered and Experiential approach founded by Carl Rogers (University certificate in PCPE at UCLouvain). My experiences in Belgium and abroad have been through contact with individuals with varied profiles, suffering from social isolation, with mood disorders or even with or without disabilities. I will support you in working through your difficulties and your personal journey. In work, among other things, anxiety, mourning, burnout, depressive feelings, isolation, search for meaning. My work is rooted in a humanist approach to therapeutic work which is expressed in the care I pay to empathy, unconditional positive consideration of the person and authenticity.

I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from Lewis & Clark College (Portland, OR, USA) and a master's degree in clinical psychology and psychopathology from the Université libre de Bruxelles (Brussels, Belgium). I am in the process of obtaining an additional master's degree in neuropsychology and am training in family and systemic psychotherapy. I offer individual, couple or family follow-up on Monday mornings in Mérode and Thursday afternoons/evenings in Messidor. I also offer consultations at home or by videoconference in certain cases individuals (perinatal care, reduced mobility, hospitalization, etc.) Consultations in French and English, by appointment. I adopt an integrative approach to psychotherapy drawing on different trends including psychoanalysis, systemics and person-centered humanist therapies. The proposed follow-up is co-constructed between the patients and myself in the most human, caring way and adapted to the specific needs of people. Mon parcours a été riche de diverses expériences, notamment en milieu hospitalier, dans la prévention au suicide, dans l’aide à la jeunesse et en milieu scolaire. J’aspire à vous permettre de naviguer de façon plus sereine à travers vos difficultés, à vous aider à les appréhender sous un autre regard, ceci à l’aide des ressources déjà présentes en vous ou nouvellement trouvées. Dans un cadre soutenant et au rythme qui est le vôtre, je vous accompagnerai à (re)trouver un équilibre momentanément peu ou pas accessible. Psychologue diplômée de l’Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), spécialisée en clinique et psychopathologie, j’accompagne les enfants dès la petite enfance, de 2 à 12 ans.

Convaincue que l’apprentissage est un processus continu, je participe régulièrement à des formations et à des conférences afin d’actualiser et d’approfondir mes pratiques professionnelles. 

Mon accompagnement s’appuie sur une approche intégrative, combinant les orientations psychanalytique, cognitivo-comportementale (TCC) et systémique, afin de répondre au plus près aux besoins spécifiques de chaque enfant.

Mes consultations reposent sur une écoute bienveillante et active, dans un cadre sécurisant basé sur la confiance, le respect et l’alliance thérapeutique. Je m’adapte à chaque enfant et à chaque situation, en tenant compte de sa singularité, son rythme et son vécu.

Selon l’âge de l’enfant, j’ai recours à différents outils adaptés, tels que l’entretien clinique, le jeu et les tests projectifs. Chaque séance se conclut par un moment positif et agréable, afin que l’enfant reparte apaisé et en confiance.

J’accompagne les enfants et leurs parents face à différentes difficultés, notamment :

-difficultés émotionnelles (colères, anxiété, peurs, tristesse, …)

-troubles du comportement (TDAH, ...)

-trouble du spectre de l’autisme (TSA)

-troubles psychotiques (schizophrénie, hallucinations, ...)

-difficultés relationnelles (la fratrie, école, les adultes)

-soutien lors de période de transitions (séparation, changements, naissance,..)

• Courte (30 minutes)

La première séance dure 60 minutes (60 €) pour offrir un espace sécurisant, les séances suivantes durent 45 minutes (50 €) pour poursuivre l’accompagnement.
