Depuis près de 30 ans, j'accueille à ma consultation adolescents, adultes, couples, familles, personnes présentant un handicap et professionnels de la santé mentale pour des difficultés de vie et des souffrances diverses plus ou moins graves. Je propose un espace de paroles et de réflexions afin de déposer, comprendre, dépasser celles-ci et d'y apporter les réponses les plus adéquates possibles selon chacun.

Margarita Espinosa accompagne les adultes, les couples, les adolescents. Les problèmes pris en charge sont entre autres: les stress post-traumatique,, traumatismes, Burn-out, troubles anxieux, problèmes relationnels, gestion du stress et des émotions, troubles alimentaires, troubles psychosomatiques, dépressions, troubles du comportement, problèmes de couple, de communication, deuil...

Ma tâche première est d’évaluer et mobiliser, avec votre aide, vos ressources, vos compétences et vos capacités de résilience face à ce que vous traversez. Tel est la croyance qui m’anime. Many preconceived ideas still surround the profession of psychologist, but consulting a psychologist does not mean being crazy, being sick or being weak, on the contrary. To consult a psychologist is to be aware of your difficulties and to accept that a professional will accompany you through a difficult time in your life.

As a psychologist, my approach is mainly based on individual contact with the person in difficulty, the interview and the in-depth examination of his/her situation and problems. Therapeutic solutions are then discussed with the person. The aim of the therapy is to make the patient aware of the problem(s) as quickly as possible and then to start a therapeutic process. Psychotherapy, support and counselling are exclusively individual. Psychotherapy on the theme of postnatal depression is offered in individual consultation or in group therapy. Discussion groups are offered to adolescents and their parents on the subject of school bullying.
