I have a degree in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (ULB-1994), and I completed my university career with a Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Clinics (ULB-1995). In order to be able to respond in a personalized and efficient way to requests, I continued to train myself in the tools of brief therapy both for individual sessions (LPNL, hypnosis, EFT, logosynthesis, ..) and for couple sessions (positive psycho-sexology).

Depuis près de vingt ans, j’accompagne des adultes, des couples, des familles ainsi que des fratries d’adultes dans leur parcours de vie et leurs liens.

Les thérapies de couple, familiales ou entre frères et sœurs adultes permettent d’explorer les tensions, les blessures ou les silences qui marquent les relations. Ensemble, nous cherchons à remettre du mouvement là où les liens se figent, à redonner une place à chacun dans une histoire partagée.

Je reçois également des personnes traversant des moments de grande vulnérabilité : traumatismes passés ou récents, états de stress post-traumatique (ESPT), deuils, perte de repères, fragilité de l’estime de soi...

Dans ce cadre, j’ai recours à des outils spécifiques comme l’EMDR ou la thérapie de la reconsolidation (proposée uniquement après avis médical) dans un respect profond du rythme et de la capacité d’intégration de chacun.

Par ailleurs, il m’arrive d’accompagner la personne en fin de vie et/ou ses proches à domicile ou en institution lorsque la situation le nécessite dans certaines communes de Bruxelles et périphérie (Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Evere, Schaerbeek et Diegem). Les déplacements se font selon les disponibilités et avec des tarifs adaptés à la demande (urgence, distance, horaire).

Ma pratique est nourrie par mon expérience de formatrice auprès de professionnels (soignants ainsi qu'acteurs du champ psycho-médico-social) et par un regard inspiré de l’ethnopsychiatrie, convaincue que les appartenances culturelles, souvent invisibles, façonnent également nos souffrances et nos manières d’y faire face.

J’anime des ateliers pour femmes autour de l’estime de soi et de la reconnexion à ses ressources profondes.

Enfin, je propose également des supervisions individuelles à destination des professionnels du secteur psycho-médico-social, qu’ils soient en institution, en libéral ou en formation. Ces supervisions permettent de réfléchir à sa posture, de prendre du recul sur les situations complexes rencontrées et de soutenir une pratique ancrée et ajustée.
