I have been a physical therapist since 1982, an osteopath in 1994 and a hypnotherapist since 2019. I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

Ce sont des techniques efficaces qui demandent un engagement, un travail actif et une collaboration authentique. Mon rôle est de vous accompagner, de structurer le processus thérapeutique et de vous aider à définir des objectifs réalistes, respectueux de votre rythme, de votre bien-être à long terme et de vos relations. 

Je prends en charge des problématiques diverses : anxiété généralisée, dépression, phobies spécifiques, troubles obsessionnels et compulsifs (vérifications, lavages, rituels, ordre, accumulation,...) , difficultés relationnelles, consommation problématique d'alcool, dépendances comportementales (écrans, achats, nourriture...), burn-out, anxiété sociale, troubles du sommeil, attaques de panique et trouble panique, phobies scolaires, soutien à la parentalité, difficultés de gestion émotionnelle, troubles de l’adaptation (séparation, déménagement,...), ... 

Je reçois en français et en anglais, les adolescents, les adultes et les seniors. 

Ma tâche première est d’évaluer et mobiliser, avec votre aide, vos ressources, vos compétences et vos capacités de résilience face à ce que vous traversez. Tel est la croyance qui m’anime.
