I graduated in Kinesitherapy and Rehabilitation from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2021. In addition to general and ortho-traumatic kinesitherapy, I also practice manual therapy and posturology. I am also following a specialized training in sports physiotherapy since August in order to improve my skills in this field. I have been practicing sports since I was very young, and as a former karate teacher in an international school and black belt (2nd dan) I am passionate about sports and its effects. My ability to listen and my human skills have been recognized by my teachers, I make it a point of honor to make your health my priority. Sessions can be conducted in several languages, including Italian, English, French and Spanish.

With a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, my recent training and my various professional experiences allow me to approach the most recent care techniques with maturity and professionalism in order to ensure an optimal functional and sports recovery in the respect, safety and well-being of the patient. The treatments cover orthopedic rehabilitation as well as respiratory physiotherapy (adult and child), geriatric or sports physiotherapy, with a particular emphasis on explaining the pathologies, treatment and prevention. I am currently training in manual therapies and I combine all my skills to help you regain or maintain your physical abilities.

Mr. Ludovic Sophys is a physiotherapist specialized in sports, orthopedic, cardiovascular and respiratory physiotherapy. After completing his Master's degree in physical therapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, he worked in intensive care at the Erasmus Hospital and in outpatient orthopedics at the Etterbeek-Ixelles Hospital. I finished my kinetic studies at the HELB in 2021. I had the opportunity to experience different facets of kinesiology. Through my internships, I have worked in the uro-gyneco, vestibular, maxillary, neuro-pediatric spheres as well as in an orthopedic physio practice. During my sessions, I try to transmit my knowledge and my energy to my patients to allow them to understand their pathology and the exercises set up but also to gain motivation over time!
