Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. It was therefore quite natural that I turned to physiotherapy, which focuses on movements and the body in a similar way to dance. Thanks to my experience as a dancer combined with my clinical practice, I will make every effort to offer treatments adapted to each patient according to their needs and desires, based on the best scientific evidence available. I hold a Master’s degree in physiotherapy, specialising in the upper body, and I am passionate about treating patients with orthopaedic conditions, ranging from neck pain to lower back pain, including elbow tendonitis.

As a young and dynamic physiotherapist, I am fully committed to supporting my patients with kindness and attentiveness. My working method is based on a patient-centred approach, aiming to provide personalised care tailored to each clinical situation.

I am available at three practices: in Ixelles, in Kraainem and at Uperform in Wezembeek-Oppem.

Graduated in 2019 from a master in physical therapy at the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles, I immediately trained in sports physical therapy as well as in manual therapy (Kinesport, Kinesitherapy of the Sport Expert). I am also a physiotherapist for the soccer club Royal Racing Club Etterbeek. This has allowed me to deepen my knowledge and expertise on sports pathologies, in order to offer you an optimal treatment that will meet your different objectives. Specialized in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and overload pathologies, post-traumatic/orthopedic surgery of the lower limb (ACL, meniscal pathology...), I also have an affinity for the treatment of cervical and dorsolumbar pathologies.

Je mets un point d’honneur sur l’importance d’ élargir mes compétences professionnelles et de me former davantage en thérapie manuelle, en orthopédie et autres. Je tiens à fournir des soins de qualité, basés sur les dernières avancées dans la profession.

Depuis 3 ans, J’ai eu l’occasion de pratiquer dans différents milieux. Aujourd’hui, je suis fier de servir dans le service de consultation ambulatoire et de revalidation à l'hôpital Molière, dans le secteur orthopédique en milieu gériatrique au sein d'une maison de repos et de soins, ainsi qu’en cabinet pour des consultations de kinésithérapie générale.

Je prends en charge les affections suivantes :

-La kinésithérapie générale et fonctionnelle (douleurs chronique/aiguë : lombalgie, douleurs genou/hanche pour ne citer qu’elles)

-Les troubles musculo squelettiques (lombalgie, tendinite/tendinopathie,...)

-Les troubles d’orthopédie-traumatologie et sportives (entorse, luxation, élongation,..)

-La kinésithérapie post opératoire / post traumatique (fracture, prothèse genou/hanche, suture, ligaments croisés, ...)

-La kinésithérapie neurologique (suivi régulier pour les pathologies comme la sclérose en plaque ou encore l’AVC)

-La cardiologie/pneumologie (suivi respiratoire, désencombrement, programme cardio, ..)

-La kinésithérapie pédiatrique (désencombrement, trouble de développement psychomoteur, ...)

-La gériatrie (revalidation à la marche, trouble de l’équilibre, ...)

-La lymphologie (lymphoedème, drainage lymphatique, ...)

Mon approche des soins est globale et mon objectif est de vous accompagner de manière active lors de votre traitement.

Quelle que soit votre affection, mon rôle est de vous rendre le plus autonome possible et surtout acteur principal de votre traitement. Cet investissement et cette collaboration entre nous est, selon moi, primordiale.

De ce fait, tout au long de l’accompagnement, je veille à rester un maximum disponible pour tout problème ou questionnement. Pratiquement, lors de notre première séance, nous définirons les motifs de consultation et établirons les objectifs afin d’avoir l’approche la plus personnalisée possible.

Un bilan d’entrée permet de réévaluer constamment la situation et d’objectiver ensemble l'évolution du traitement.

Les séances seront en majorité constituées de travail manuel sur table, d'exercices actifs et autres techniques de la kinésithérapie. Le suivi et la régularité des séances dépendra des pathologies et de la nécessité de chacun.

Étant conventionné, les tarifs appliqués seront ceux établis par l’INAMI. Une attestation de soins vous sera rendue pour le remboursement en fin de traitement.

Je me réserve le droit de facturer à chaque séance ou en une seule fois en fin de traitement.

Je m'appelle Jordi, espagnol d'origine, mais depuis quelques années installé sur Bruxelles!

Depuis toujours lié au corps, en premier temps en tant que Préparateur Physique dans différents domaines, puis du côté des soins de santé avec une vision du "corps en mouvement" (on est fait pour bouger).

L'importance d'une bonne anamnèse, d'une bonne réflexion autour de la personne, des problèmes qui se présentent, et bien comprendre le tout pour une meilleure prise en charge fait partie des priorités dans la prise en charge, pas seulement soulager, sinon essayer de trouver le problème de base (d'origine) et d'essayer de l'enlever et/ou le corriger.

Passionné par le domaine du sport, je me suis naturellement orienté vers les prises en charge liées au système musculo-squelettique (ortho-trauma-sport). Je reçois également pour des prises en charge générale.

Physiotherapist graduated from the Haute École Ilya Prigogine in Brussels. Throughout my academic career, I have had the opportunity to explore various areas of physiotherapy, including pediatrics, geriatrics, neurology, musculoskeletal disorders, hand rehabilitation, abdominal rehabilitation, and many others. I am currently preparing for two training courses: one focusing on dys disorders in children and adolescents, and the other focused on hand rehabilitation. As a physiotherapist, I currently work in two centers: the Care Happy Center in Uccle and the June Medical Center in Tubize. My main goal as a professional is to provide high quality care and seek sustainable solutions for each patient, constantly keeping myself informed and adapting my approaches individually.

Movement has always been at the heart of my life. As a former professional dancer and acrobat, I explored the limits of the human body through the arts and sport before turning to physiotherapy. My unusual career path has enabled me to develop a sensitive and precise approach, suited to top-level athletes as well as artists and rehabilitation patients.
