Je m'appelle Jordi, espagnol d'origine, mais depuis quelques années installé sur Bruxelles!

Depuis toujours lié au corps, en premier temps en tant que Préparateur Physique dans différents domaines, puis du côté des soins de santé avec une vision du "corps en mouvement" (on est fait pour bouger).

L'importance d'une bonne anamnèse, d'une bonne réflexion autour de la personne, des problèmes qui se présentent, et bien comprendre le tout pour une meilleure prise en charge fait partie des priorités dans la prise en charge, pas seulement soulager, sinon essayer de trouver le problème de base (d'origine) et d'essayer de l'enlever et/ou le corriger.

Diplômée en Kinésithérapie et Réadaptation de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, j’accompagne mes patients dans le but de récupérer au maximum leurs capacités fonctionnelles. Je prends en charge tous les troubles musculo-squelettiques. Empathique, rigoureuse et soucieuse de soulager vos maux, je mets un point d’honneur à faire de votre santé ma priorité.

Je me forme en continu dans les douleurs musculo-squelettiques. J'ai également un certificat du traitement de l'œdème (méthode Leduc). I am a physiotherapist with a Master’s degree from Poland and an Advanced Master's in Manual Therapy from VUB Brussels. I am passionate about manual therapy and dry needling, and I enjoy helping patients relieve pain, restore mobility, and improve their overall well-being.

As a general physiotherapist, I treat musculoskeletal pain (cervical, back, hand, wrist as well as hip, knee or ankle problems). I also treat low back pain. I receive my patients in Brussels at the Medical Center Europe-Schuman on Mondays and Wednesdays and at the Ambiorix21 Center (Square Ambiorix21 1000 Brussels) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Passionné par le domaine du sport, je me suis naturellement orienté vers les prises en charge liées au système musculo-squelettique (ortho-trauma-sport). Hello, I take care of you for general and sports physiotherapy, the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders in orthopedics, traumatology and rheumatology as well as the treatment of acute and chronic lumbago, back pain and neck pain. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree from KU Leuven, where I specialize in Rehabilitation Science with a focus on Manual Therapy for Spinal Disorders and Chronic Pain Rehabilitation. I am currently a candidate for the European Diploma in Pain Physiotherapy.

Additionally, I am a research assistant at Pain in Motion and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where I contribute to chronic pain research. I focus on the biopsychosocial factors and personalize my therapeutic plan depending on the needs of the patient.
