Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation. Diplômée en 2016, je possède une expérience de 7 ans dans le domaine de la revalidation neuro-locomotrice, ce qui m'a permis d'acquérir une expertise approfondie dans l'accompagnement et la rééducation des patients atteints de troubles de l'appareil locomoteur.

Au cours de mon parcours, j'ai suivi plusieurs formations spécialisées, notamment : Le Concept abdo-périnéo, L'Approche posturale de la lombalgie par la méthode de Gasquet, L'actualisation de la prise en charge globale du malade hémiplégique et Le traitement des cicatrices.

Passionnée de sport et sportive moi-même, je comprends l'importance de l'activité physique dans le processus de rééducation et d'amélioration du bien-être.

Graduated with a master in physiotherapy from the Leonardo da Vinci / Parnasse-Isei high school, the physiotherapist Melanie Van Wassenhove practices at the Take'in Care paramedical center (brusselsesteenweg 159, 3080 Tervuren) and also does home visits on request of her patients. Her qualities and skills allow her to take care of sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, back pain, joint pain, neurological and respiratory pathologies in children. Mr Bouzarpour graduated in 2019 with a Master's degree in physiotherapy and revalidation. During his studies he developed and deepened three specialisations: respiratory & cardiovascular rehabilitation, general rehabilitation and lymphatic drainage. In order to continue to improve and to provide the best care to his patients, he joined the teams of the Motion Center (Tienen) and the WZC Sint-Bernardus (Bertem). He welcomes you to the Step2move practice, where he will be happy to provide you with relief and the best solutions and care. Please check his availability and make an appointment with him. He also intends to create a project to help obese or diabetic people to improve their quality of life to prevent cardiovascular and/or respiratory problems.

Diplômé en kinésithérapie de l’Université libre de Bruxelles, je prends en charge les douleurs musculo‑squelettiques, la rééducation pré/post‑opératoire, les troubles de la marche, les troubles posturaux, la gériatrie et la kinésithérapie respiratoire.

En spécialisation de kinésithérapie sportive, j’associe bilans précis, exercices fonctionnels et conseils ciblés pour optimiser votre récupération.

Mon approche est basée sur l’écoute, la rigueur et l’accompagnement actif afin de vous aider à retrouver mobilité, confort et confiance dans vos mouvements.

Je suis Juliette Verbruggen, kinésithérapeute passionnée et engagée dans une approche bienveillante et globale du soin. À l’écoute et attentive, j’accorde une importance particulière à la relation de confiance qui se construit avec chaque patient·e, afin d’élaborer ensemble une prise en charge personnalisée et adaptée à vos besoins spécifiques.

Au fil de mes formations et de mon expérience, j’ai développé un intérêt particulier pour la kinésithérapie générale, la kinésithérapie respiratoire (pédiatrique et adulte), ainsi que la rééducation périnatale et uro-gynécologique, incluant le massage prénatal, l’accompagnement pré et postnatal et la prise en charge des troubles urinaires.

Sportive et passionnée de hockey, je m’intéresse également à la rééducation fonctionnelle et à l’accompagnement au retour au sport, afin de vous aider à retrouver confiance et plaisir dans le mouvement.

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... I also do physical therapy after childbirth to strengthen the abdominal muscles and the perineum. I can come to your home (contact me on my phone).
