Passionné de sport et ancien gymnaste, j'ai suivi une formation universitaire spécialisée en kinésithérapie et préparation physique.

Je propose des services de kinésithérapie générale et sportive, ainsi que des soins pré et post-opératoires. Je prends en charge les patients souffrant de lombalgie, de douleurs cervicales, et j'accompagne également les personnes âgées pour la revalidation à la marche et le renforcement musculaire global.

I am a qualified Osteopath (DO) by profession since 2019, I have 20 years of experience in manual therapy (fascial manipulation Stecco, tiger points, dry needing, HVLA ,BLT soft tissues, cranio-sacral techniques, visceral techniques) I specialize in all cases of treatment of pain of unknown origin, I perform a very accurate differential diagnosis in a holistic approach to the patient.

I am specialised in orthopaedic manual therapy, hand and wrist pathologies, TMJ (jaw) pathologies and headaches as well as in the treatment of runners and musicians. I continue to follow regular professional development seminars in order to improve the efficiency of your treatment. As a sportswoman and musician since I was very young, I quickly understood the importance of a good physical condition. I am passionate about the functions and capacities of the human body, and it is with both enthusiasm and benevolence that I accompany you on your treatment journey. I also encourage you to maintain or restart your sporting activities by sharing its many physical and psychological benefits. I worked for 3 years in Portugal as a physiotherapist and I used that time to invest as much as I could in courses so that I could provide quality treatments to my patients. 

My main goal is to continue investing in gaining more and more knowledge so that I can apply it in my clinical practice. I'm a big fan of quality treatments and good follow-up with patients. That makes all the difference to the patient's progress.

I'm very involved in the musculoskeletal area and for this reason I treat pathologies such as back, shoulder, elbow, knee pain, I work a lot on post-operative rehabilitation and also with tendonitis, bursitis and calcifications.

I love doing treatments that involve acupuncture because I really like the quick and long-lasting results, and acupuncture allows me to do that. That's why I really enjoy combining my knowledge of physiotherapy with my knowledge of acupuncture (traditional Chinese medicine).

The physiotherapist, Frédéric Weerlitzer, specialized in orthopedics, traumatology and sports pathologies, graduated from the HELB in 2000. He has been a physical therapist at the RSCA training center since 2005. He welcomes you at the Kio Medical Center every day by appointment.
