Spécialisée en thérapie manuelle et en pathologies sportives, j’ai essentiellement évolué dans le milieu de la prise en charge des problématiques neuro-musculo-squelletiques en clinique sportive. 

Outre la thérapie manuelle, j’inclus au besoin dans ma pratique des techniques comme le crochetage (fibrolyse diacutanée), le dry needling ou le Mulligan.

Diplômé d’un Master de spécialisation en ostéopathie de l'Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), et, au contact de ce métier depuis toujours (mon père étant ostéopathe depuis 25 ans), il me tient à cœur d'aider les patients souffrants, et de leur apporter une amélioration de leur condition de vie au quotidien.

Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

My clinical practice is based on my anatomical and physiological knowledge and mainly addresses disorders of the musculoskeletal system. I use a wide variety of manipulative and non-manipulative techniques, which allows me to adapt to your needs and preferences. Osteopath for more than 10 years, I am specialized in soft techniques adapted to the elderly as well as to the pregnant woman or the child. Having followed a pro ice hockey team for several years, I also treat athletes. Holder of a D.O in osteopathy obtained with Great Distinction, Julien Bosc studied at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). During his osteopathic degree (D.O), he was an osteopath at the Saint Guidon clinic & at BUCOPA within the Erasmus Hospital. This experience allowed him to put his knowledge into practice and to better understand the realities of the professional environment. He also realized in the framework of his dissertations, a study on the effectiveness of osteopathic treatment in patients with chronic neck pain in 2018 and 2019. To update his knowledge, he took part in several conferences on: Cervical Spine, Soft Tissue and Osteopathy State of the Art. I am an independent physiotherapist with a passion for sports and exercise. My goal is to address any type of pathology in an active and qualitative way in order to achieve physical and mental well-being. I graduated in 2012 and continue to educate myself on a regular basis in order to stay current and provide my patients with the best possible care. I am oriented as much as possible towards evidence-based practice (practice that combines the best scientific evidence and takes into account the patient's preferences). I provide general physical therapy (orthopedics, rheumatology, neurology, cardiology, respiratory physical therapy, post-natal physical therapy, chronic pain) and help with the initiation or resumption of sports activities. Information and understanding of one's health is an important part of my practice.
