Je suis Juliette Verbruggen, kinésithérapeute passionnée et engagée dans une approche bienveillante et globale du soin. À l’écoute et attentive, j’accorde une importance particulière à la relation de confiance qui se construit avec chaque patient·e, afin d’élaborer ensemble une prise en charge personnalisée et adaptée à vos besoins spécifiques.

Au fil de mes formations et de mon expérience, j’ai développé un intérêt particulier pour la kinésithérapie générale, la kinésithérapie respiratoire (pédiatrique et adulte), ainsi que la rééducation périnatale et uro-gynécologique, incluant le massage prénatal, l’accompagnement pré et postnatal et la prise en charge des troubles urinaires.

Sportive et passionnée de hockey, je m’intéresse également à la rééducation fonctionnelle et à l’accompagnement au retour au sport, afin de vous aider à retrouver confiance et plaisir dans le mouvement.

Diplômé de l'université d'Eindhoven aux Pays-Bas, mon approche de la kinésithérapie repose sur l'écoute, le respect des besoins individuels et l’accompagnement vers des objectifs personnalisés. Black belt in judo, 3rd Dan. More than 10 years of high-level practice in this sport. I've discovered in sports physiotherapy a passion other than judo, and I'm fully committed to it.

I'm passionate, curious and eager to learn. I'll be keeping up to date with the latest developments in my profession to stay at the top of my game. 

Graduated in 2016 in France, I worked for 6 years in the Nantes region. I then moved to Brussels in 2022 where I signed a contract. I practice active care adapted in particular to musculoskeletal problems (back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, etc.) and pathologies linked to sport and activity. My goal is to empower patients as much as possible by adapting to them and their pathology by supporting them during their rehabilitation. I have completed different training courses since my diploma: Mckenzie part A, Mulligan upper quadrant, Mulligan lower quadrant, Jo GIBSON, Neurodynamics.

Within the treatment, I favor exercise therapy for all pathologies of the musculoskeletal system in athletes of all levels. I also treat any pathology in general physiotherapy. I attach great importance to developing a spirit of collaboration allowing us to move forward according to your objectives and desires.

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... Kinésithérapeute diplômé et titulaire d’un certificat en drainage lymphatique manuel, je prends en charge une patientèle générale, couvrant notamment l’orthopédie, la traumatologie et la rhumatologie.

Chaque prise en charge est individualisée et s’inscrit dans un climat d’écoute, de confiance et de collaboration. Les séances privilégient une approche active, visant à renforcer l’autonomie du patient tout au long de sa rééducation.

Passionné par le sport, je poursuis actuellement une formation en kinésithérapie du sport afin d’optimiser la prise en charge des patients sportifs et de proposer des protocoles adaptés à leurs objectifs spécifiques.
