Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation. Lors de mes études et après, j'ai eu différentes occasions de travailler à l'étranger ce qui m'a permis de développer mes performances de kinésithérapeute.

Au cours de mon parcours, j'ai eu l'occasion de me former en traumatologie & orthopédie, en pédiatrie, gériatrie, neurologie et en cabinet libéral.

Nassim is a physical therapist graduating in June 2021. Although he has a master's degree in low back pain, he is able to manage musculoskeletal disorders in a general way, while adapting to the patient and offering specific follow-up. As a young graduate, Nassim has been educated with the latest recommendations in kinesiology and management. He will be able to advise you and answer your questions in the most relevant way. Following a training in sports kinesiology at the UCL, he aspires to train as much as possible in order to remain as close as possible to scientific rigor. He covers the fields of general physiotherapy (orthopedic, neuromuscular, musculoskeletal disorders, revalidation, rehabilitation...), sports physiotherapy (rehabilitation according to the practice, reathletization, ...), pre/post-operation physiotherapy (reinforcement, rehabilitation...) and finally cardiorespiratory physiotherapy.

Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.

As a physical therapist, my goal is to help the person as much as possible in their rehabilitation. The work is always done according to the needs and objectives of the patient. The treatments offered are mainly active, attentive to patients and personalized according to your needs. I am a licensed physiotherapist (this means that the price of the session is higher than the price of the INAMI and therefore the reimbursement will be lower). For VIPO/BIM people, the rates and reimbursements will be those of INAMI.
