Kinésithérapeute conventionné, je vous accueille à Thieffry dans notre centre multidisciplinaire "I care Center". Vous pouvez me consulter pour une séance pré-opératoire ou une revalidation post-opératoire (genou, hanche et épaule), pour des problèmes musculosquelettiques/orthopédiques. Je suis aussi capable de vous procurer des soins afin de vous libérer des douleurs lombaires (dos) et cervicales (cou). Dans ma pratique quotidienne, je place le patient au centre de traitement et l'encourage à être acteur de son propre traitement. Je propose des séances qui s'adaptent à vos besoins. Lors de votre première visite, un bilan sera effectué afin de fixer conjointement les objectifs que vous souhaitez atteindre et le traitement que je peux vous proposer.

I graduated in 2012 and continue to educate myself on a regular basis in order to stay current and provide my patients with the best possible care. I am oriented as much as possible towards evidence-based practice (practice that combines the best scientific evidence and takes into account the patient's preferences). I provide general physical therapy (orthopedics, rheumatology, neurology, cardiology, respiratory physical therapy, post-natal physical therapy, chronic pain) and help with the initiation or resumption of sports activities. Information and understanding of one's health is an important part of my practice.

Diplômé d'un Master en Kinésithérapeute au sein de la Faculté des Sciences de la Motricité à l'ULB, je me spécialise dans la prise en charge des pathologies musculo-squelettiques, avec une expertise particulière en orthopédie, traumatologie et kinésithérapie sportive.

Mon objectif est de vous accompagner dans votre rééducation en m'adaptant à vos besoins spécifiques et à vos objectifs personnels, que ce soit pour retrouver une mobilité optimale, reprendre une activité sportive ou pour améliorer votre qualité de vie au quotidien. 

Depuis deux ans, j’assure le suivi de l’équipe première féminine de rugby à XV du Boitsfort Rugby Club. Cette expérience m’a permis de développer une approche centrée sur la prévention des blessures et sur la performance athlétique. 

Mes traitements reposent sur le mouvement et la compréhension des symptômes afin de vous rendre acteur de votre rééducation. Ensemble, nous travaillerons pour vous permettre d’acquérir les outils nécessaires à votre autonomie et à un rétablissement durable. Vous serez toujours écouté et impliqué dans votre parcours de soin.

Graduated from a master in physical therapy in 2017, my practice is focused on a manual approach, centered on the patient, his needs and his goals in order to best adjust the treatment. My years of experience in various institutions (Institut Jules Bordet - treatment of cancer patients, Hôpital Molière-Lonchamp, Centre Keops) have enabled me to acquire the ability to treat patients in a way that is adapted to each individual. I am currently studying osteopathy at the CBO (Collège Belge d'Ostéopathie)

Petra Remetean is a physical therapist practicing at Clinic 53. She graduated in physical therapy at KU Leuven in 2014. She is specialized in sports injuries, rehabilitation, back and joint problems. She welcomes you on Tuesday and Thursday from 1pm to 7pm at Clinic 53.

Le tout dans une ambiance dynamique, sans jugement et décontractée. Je suis formé en thérapie manuelle, crochetage et drainage lymphatique. Depuis plus de 20 ans , je m'occupe de la préparation physique d'athlètes de tous niveaux du professionnel à l'amateur .

As a registered physiotherapist, I attach great importance to an individualized and holistic treatment of each of my patients. I take care of sports, post-operative/traumatological, rheumatological and perineal pathologies, as well as rehabilitations in the pool (only possible in Ixelles). Possibility to do home visits as well. After obtaining my diploma, I was quickly fascinated by the intelligence of the body and its capacity of self-healing, I thus left to explore the countries of Nepal and India to understand other ways of taming a pathology and to mark this undeniable link between the body and the spirit. I have been a yoga teacher for 3 years and have started new trainings in 2020, notably in Chinese Energy Medicine and Microkinetics. Graduated with a master in physical therapy atthe ULB, I also specialize in sports pathologies and in Nutritherapy to be able to provide you with dietary advice and adapt the sessions, in order to reach the goals defined together and make sure they last over time. My dynamism, my seriousness, and my good listening skills will motivate you to follow your sessions in an active way.
