Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation. As a general physiotherapist, I treat musculoskeletal pain (cervical, back, hand, wrist as well as hip, knee or ankle problems). I also treat low back pain. I receive my patients in Brussels at the Medical Center Europe-Schuman on Mondays and Wednesdays and at the Ambiorix21 Center (Square Ambiorix21 1000 Brussels) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Having obtained a master's degree in physical education at the Free University of Brussels, I naturally moved towards physiotherapy and rehabilitation, a discipline in which I graduated in 2022. While working, I undertook a specialization master's degree in sports physiotherapy in order to combine the two professions. This concluded positively in 2023. The different skills acquired allow me, if necessary, to offer my patients a specific rehabilitation program. Dynamic and attentive, I also take care of different types of pathology: orthopedics, traumatology, cardio-respiratory revalidation, geriatrics, neurology, etc.

I currently work at the pluridisciplinary medical centre Asper Bascule in Uccle. I practice general physiotherapy and mainly in orthopaedic, musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. I also specialise in paediatric physiotherapy. I work with kids presenting musculoskeletal and neurological pathologies. I adapt my practice to your requirements, objectives and availability. Annamaria Kovacs, physiotherapist graduated in 2011. She specializes in sport rehabilitation, scoliosis (Schroth therapy), abdominal-pelvic rehabilitation and perinatal physiotherapy. She also obtained her sports coach certificate and gives group classes pre-postnatal and hypopressive. If you have become a new parent, do not hesitate to participate in the workshops Physiological baby carrying and baby massage. He can provide you with abdominal reeducation care, help you to free yourself from your back pain, lumbago, notably with the help of crocheting, suction cups or free yourself from your joint pain. He also takes care of rehabilitation, home visits, bone problems, sports injuries, hand, wrist or neck pain. He holds a master's degree in physical therapy from HELB and is specialized in sports physical therapy. His consultations are conducted in French or English.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree from KU Leuven, where I specialize in Rehabilitation Science with a focus on Manual Therapy for Spinal Disorders and Chronic Pain Rehabilitation. I am currently a candidate for the European Diploma in Pain Physiotherapy.

Additionally, I am a research assistant at Pain in Motion and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where I contribute to chronic pain research. I focus on the biopsychosocial factors and personalize my therapeutic plan depending on the needs of the patient.
