Diplômée d’un Master en kinésithérapie, je vous accompagne avec une approche personnalisée, bienveillante et à l’écoute. Mon objectif est de vous aider à retrouver votre mobilité, autonomie et qualité de vie en soulageant vos douleurs et en optimisant vos capacités fonctionnelles.

Mon approche combine techniques manuelles et exercices adaptés, afin de favoriser une récupération optimale. 

Je pratique de la kinésithérapie générale et je prends en charge les différents troubles musculo-squelettiques : lombalgie, tendinopathie, entorse, fracture, douleurs chroniques, troubles de la marche ainsi que la rééducation pré/post-opératoire.

Diplômée en drainage lymphatique manuel (méthode Leduc), j’interviens aussi dans la prise en charge des œdèmes et jambes lourdes.

Je vous recevrai avec plaisir au centre The Lab les lundis, mercredis et jeudis.

Je suis Masseur-Kinésithérapeute diplômé d'Etat depuis 2012, j'ai réalisé mes études en France et travaillé au sein de diverses structures et cabinets, qui ont enrichi mon expérience et ma pratique. Je place au centre de mon approche la bienveillance, la pédagogie, l'autonomisation et l'activité.

Diplômée d'un master en kinésithérapie à l'Université Catholique de Louvain en 2022, je suis passionnée par le fonctionnement du corps humain et animée par l’envie d’accompagner mes patients dans leur rétablissement et leur bien-être.

Mon parcours sportif m’a permis de développer une approche dynamique et personnalisée de la kinésithérapie, que j’applique dans différents domaines tels que l’orthopédie, la traumatologie, la gériatrie, et bien d’autres.

Mon objectif est de guider mes patients tout au long de leur remise en forme en leur fournissant les informations nécessaires pour optimiser leur récupération, tout en les aidant à retrouver leur pleine mobilité.

Having obtained a master's degree in physical education at the Free University of Brussels, I naturally moved towards physiotherapy and rehabilitation, a discipline in which I graduated in 2022. While working, I undertook a specialization master's degree in sports physiotherapy in order to combine the two professions. This concluded positively in 2023. The different skills acquired allow me, if necessary, to offer my patients a specific rehabilitation program. Dynamic and attentive, I also take care of different types of pathology: orthopedics, traumatology, cardio-respiratory revalidation, geriatrics, neurology, etc.

As a general physiotherapist, I treat musculoskeletal pain (cervical, back, hand, wrist as well as hip, knee or ankle problems). I also treat low back pain. I receive my patients in Brussels at the Medical Center Europe-Schuman on Mondays and Wednesdays and at the Ambiorix21 Center (Square Ambiorix21 1000 Brussels) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

(Don't forget to bring a large towel for the consultation) My treatment is meant to be global, starting with a complete contact with testing and continuing with a progressive and thoughtful treatment according to you, your pathology and your objectives. Here is a NON-exhaustive list of the fields of physical therapy in which I can take care of you: traumatology, rheumatology, orthopedics, gait disorders, lymphatic drainage, pre- and post-surgery, respiratory physiotherapy (including pediatrics), neurology. Assessing my patients and working in a personalized and individual manner is essential for me in order to gain their trust and establish a therapeutic alliance. General physiotherapist, I treat orthopedic/trauma pathologies (sprains, fractures, tendinopathy, lower back pain, shoulder pain, acute or chronic pain, etc.), respiratory pathologies, neurological pathologies, rheumatological pathologies, etc. I have also had the opportunity to train in physiotherapy and breast cancer in order to help people suffering from this disease to gently rebuild their lives.
