I am oriented as much as possible towards evidence-based practice (practice that combines the best scientific evidence and takes into account the patient's preferences). I provide general physical therapy (orthopedics, rheumatology, neurology, cardiology, respiratory physical therapy, post-natal physical therapy, chronic pain) and help with the initiation or resumption of sports activities. Information and understanding of one's health is an important part of my practice.

I am a young physiotherapist passionate about my profession. My office, located in a place dear to my heart, was once the place where my grandfather devotedly practiced medicine. In addition, my father is also a physiotherapist and passed on his technical knowledge to me. My work as a sports physiotherapist covers all the pathologies associated with sporting activities, with the aim of preventing and treating injuries to joints and muscles, as well as postoperative injuries. I have a wealth of experience working in sports clubs (football, boxing, triathlon, surfing, etc.) and I help my patients to get back into shape and improve their well-being, whether they are top-level sportsmen and women or amateurs. I work with people of all ages and rub shoulders with many professional and amateur sportspeople. My role is to help you get back into sport and competition.

Diplômé de la Haute École Libre de Bruxelles (HELB) en 2025, et formé au crochetage et aux troubles de l’articulation temporo-mandibulaire. Sportif, j’ai pratiqué le football pendant 18 ans, depuis lors je pratique la course à pied, le padel ou encore le fitness. j’intègre le centre de kinésithérapie miroir après y avoir réalisé mon tout premier stage pendant mon cursus. Je suis diplômé de la VUB (Vrije Univistiteit Brussel) avec un Master en Revalidation Sportive. J'ai acquis une expertise dans le traitement de diverses pathologies, y compris les problèmes musculo-squelettiques, les blessures sportives, et la réhabilitation

post-opératoire. J'utilise une variété de techniques, telles que la thérapie

manuelle, les exercices thérapeutiques et la rééducation fonctionnelle, tout en intégrant des conseils sur la prévention et le mode de vie.

Mon objectif est d'aider mes patients à retrouver leur mobilité et à améliorer leur qualité de vie.
